GEDI Change Management

In this lesson, participants will delve into the definition of change management and how gender equity, diversity and inclusion change can be framed strategically and intentionally within an organization. Participants will review some critical factors and components when embarking on GEDI change management and will have the opportunity to explore the Accountability, Centering Empathy and Awareness model in an individual manner.
