      Interesting idea, just watched a video of a guy making his own duckweed removal system.

      UNUSUAL AQUARIUM ECOSYSTEMS thanks! I believe I just watched the same video. It was from aqua pros. What’s funny is I had thought of making the exact same system. Same design and all. I just never built it. Was cool to see it in action.

    I love that the dogs show us as soon as there is something potentially edible.

      Amber Stevenson/Usiak you heard how many times I had to kick them out of the kitchen lol.
      It smelled like fish so bad! They were probably drooling.

      Poseidon’s Pets just spread it on a sheet of paper and let it dry works best for me 😊👌🏻 Its an annoying plant, but an amazing source of vitamins and minerals 😅

    I'd use a food dehydrator with the fruit leather sheets. Would do the same job, but without wasting the parchment paper, or taking up your oven space.

    Does crushed eggshell work as binding agent?

    • @PoseidonsPets
      @PoseidonsPets  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’ve never used it but if you clean it well and boil it it should be ok. Enough of it can add carbonates to your water though, so I would avoid it.

      Try it out! See if they will eat it in powdered form. You could even do something simple
      By drying it out, powdering it, and mixing it with a little water and agar agar to create a gelatin food.
      There are lots of recipes out there!

      Mason GT I leave it in the sun. Usually dry in a day or two
