I've been toying around with the idea of printing these for my Capra for ages, but my printer never felt dialed enough to get all those small parts to work together. Also we didn't get any snow at all last year so it escaped my mind. Well finally I am going for it, we got about 8 inches of snow this week and after trying to run my Capra on the snow it quickly became evident that I missed out on some good times by not printing these tracks yet! Needless to say I'm printing them now, but the snow will likely be gone by the time I'm finished lol (slow printer) but I can't wait to see these in action. Going to start with the rears first so I can hopefully enjoy the snow before it melts! Thanks so much for your design, this is some really fantastic engineering. Cheers!
Did you have success printing the tracks? I have been able to print all part’s except for those. The joints are sticking together. Tried adjusting z axis height and no success. Not sure what I’m doing wrong
Cabby Content still printing... need another printer to make it faster. Have the frames done tracks done idler wheels done gears done pins done printing paddles today and then doing anti rotation tomorrow but I'm definitely hopeful ☺️
Epic math sorry for long delay don't have notifications on TH-cam. I am running one of the first versions you had with the little slot and it works pretty good I have to print and try some of your newer ones but I'm printing a second set of tracks for the wife's truck currently freaking love these things.
Not easy unfortunately... If you scale down, the tracks and the paddles will become too thin, all the holes to insert filament will become too small, and the drive gear probably wont have the right size for the hex nut on your car (wheel attachment)
just started printing my first pieces! Cant wait to try them out on my sons ax10 and my wraith! Thank you so much for sharing the .stl ! about how long to print the entire thing?
Has anyone been successful with these, I have printed everything, multiple times, but the main drive gear keeps breaking right near the hex part. How have people printed these? Standing up or on the side? I even tried making them solid and still they break, I get about 20-30 feet and thats it. Any help would be appreciated, thanks These are so cool, time to get printing. 😀 So I started to print these, I noticed on the frame part, there looks like the center thing in the circle is not connected, is this suppose to spin? If so mine does not, how can I get it to spin, thx
Would you by chance be able to send me an image file of one of the anti-rotation brackets so I may be able to hopefull adapt the tracks to a Wraith? Thank You
Thanks ! Unfortunately I cant offer that service, but depending of your level of interest, I would encourage you to check out the price of an Ender 3 Pro. It's not that expensive, and it might even pay for itself if you DIY enough stuff that you would have bought otherwise !
in my area there are even shops that offer to print files for you - but you will also find webshops that deliver such stuff in a few days. But take care to give them good instructions.

I started your build. I printed all tracks. so far worked great everything hinged prefect. The little pins fit like a glove.
I just got a capra and I have had a 3d printer for a few months .
funny how hobbies relate
Good work! Going to print these.
Printing currently to attempt and put on a trx4 very excited thanks for sharing files!!!
Any luck?

Did it work ? Someone told me that the Anti-Rotation part for the TRX4 (V3) was a bit too small ! I can update it if needed !

Unfortunately I don't have a 3d printer, but thanks for sharing the info.
Currently have the first pieces printing for my scx 10 can't wait to try them
I just started printing these, first track section is done, and the snow is falling.
Look great man!!
love youe design
Does it still have the portal gears?
GENIOUS!
Do you think that scaling this to 1/24 will work easily or it would need modifications?

With one printer, it takes about a week of non-stop printing for a full set of 4 tracks.
@@epicmath4724 im so excited about this print! amazing creating! id love to see more of your videos or any other 3d prints you have made!

Nice!
1/10 scale be epic with wheels on it for the bmx track or skate park bigger motor
Psa they don't fit the scx10 wheel hubs they are just slightly too small

Noice.
Any chance you'd be interested in printing/making me a set of these? I don't have a 3D printer or know anyone who does! Awesome design man!👍

You can still pick up an Ender 3 Pro from Micro Center for $100 with their online coupon.
