You all probably dont care at all but does any of you know of a tool to get back into an instagram account? I was dumb lost the password. I love any assistance you can give me!
@Major Malachi I really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
imho, you cannot leave that open. I did something similar, but to put boxes there instead. I welded a plate 0.8mm in the gab. 1 day work, each side, but it's is strong now and will not rust.
How'd you end up dealing with the rear lower tub bracing/bracket, trying to do a tub chop on my dmax and found your video helpful as just don't know what to do with the rear brave
I don't know what the Dmax is like, but some models get a lot of flex in the sides once you chop off the rear quarters, can make it a challenge to close the tailgate if it's not reinforced (although you wouldn't notice with the tub rack bracing the sides).
Hey mate - if your ute came with some of those shitty looking white bars that are outside of the rear view window can you tell me how you got rid of them?
What was the benifit of cutting the tub other than devaluing the the ute, if its for off road clearance, you've still got a lot of other gear lower to the ground other than the sides of your tub, towbar etc.
?? Im not painting it cause im getting another tub and im gonna do the same tub chop to the new one... then why the fuck ruin a perfectly good tub ? 😂😂
I'm hoping this guy becomes famous in the 4x4ing community, maybe that'll brighten his mood lmao
Nice, looks bloody tidy mate. Definitely using this as a reference if I decide to go the tub chop 👌

Thanks so much, you saved my ass :D
@Toby Ricardo Glad I could help xD
I’d be pretty keen on seeing a tutorial on the rear bar when you do it 🤙
This was the only vid I could find and it helps heaps mate thanks 😊

Thanks for the video. Interesting to see how it's done. How do you attach the mudflaps?

Awesome video mate! I’m looking to do a tub chop on my Amarok - I feel a bit more confident after seeing you do it.
Cheers!
michael rankin thanks mate, feel free to dm me on Instagram if you have anymore questions about it
I've watched this twice now. Might do it to my Triton. I'll need to raise my hitch too.
You won't put the mudflaps back on. Haha
Where did you get the lift for your plate ?
Nice job man, considering doing this. Same grinder same issue 😅 but mine now doesn't stay on.
Watching you use that grinder without a guard makes me cringe, had a few blades explode on me one cutting my arm 😂😛
First thing I do when I get a new 6” grinder is throw away the guard lol
i just cut half my finger off cause of this. still cant move it
yeah i dont get why people remove it, if its in the way you just adjust it. high risk no reward ;-)
Ikr, then using a cutoff disc to grind with his face next to it 😂
Hey mate awesome video what wheels are you running
Thanks for this video bro doing mine tomorrow, helps heaps
Love the flex ramp at the end might make one :)
Hey @KPBuilt. Just wondering what brand your tub rack is, thanks.

Mate where did you get the towbar
What truck is this? I feel like this would look great on a 2021 Chevy Colorado, Z71, heavy duty rear suspension
Rim spec and tyre size?any lift?thanks
I don’t even have a tub, what am I doing here 😂 good video though bro, like mcm early days
bro i dont even have a truck atm shes at the scrap yard lol
I don’t even have a drivable car ha beat that
Nice job 👍🏼

Looks cool
How do you light up you licence plate?
You dont
Good video but why chop it? do you gain anything? or just for looks
Better departure angles
@@kyegibson1120 ha ha better departure angles! Never mind the tow bar hangin down 250mm
Why do it if your getting a new tub
Ben Moody practice?
What brand and model rims do u run?
Your vids are sick mate are you gonna go through how you built the whole truck?
Mate, blooooooody beautiful 🙏
10/10 good dog. good vid man i got a RC colorado and im gonna be doing this soon cheers.
Tub chop is the way to go if not getting a tray 👍
Is this legal in wa ?
Awesome vid 👌
Hey mate what blade do you recommend using
Just use a thin grinder blade for sheet metal or something, cuts pretty easily so can’t go wrong
I also owned Isuzu Dmax 2019. When I saw this video I was like. whyyy whyy cut it whyyy
Why wouldn't you cover the rest of your paintwork!? Sparks destroy it 🙈
Another new tub? Ahaha why4? Good stuff tho mate 👍
Poor doggo 😢
?? Im not painting it cause im getting another tub and im gonna do the same tub chop to the new one... then why the fuck ruin a perfectly good tub ? 😂😂
Awww yuck no guard on the grinder 😂
IMO would of looked better if it was in line with the tailgate and not having a little over hang.
Dean a can’t do that with dmax unfortunately because it will cut into tailgate support and won’t work
@@KPBUILT from the under shot, looks like u could take off that 3-4cms easy
Dean a I’ve done it before and that part of panel isn’t welded so it all disconnects and makes it super weak
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
