Sir, I wanna point out on something you mentioned in regards to the beep on the Mosfet in identifying whether it's good or bad. You said that there should no beep when touching gate with source. Well, sir it's not true with all due respect. There will always be a beep when touching source with gate, a short beep means normal like for a second and when it's continuous beep that's when we can say it's short or faulty. Please correct me if i'm wrong.

Sir multimeter ki prob me bhi voltage hote hai .... Gate pe prob rakne se multimeter ki voltage gate pe ja kar gate to drain aur gate source short nahi dikayega kya? Aur ek baar gate pe voltage pulse milne se drain to source aur source to drain dono side short dikayega na sir? Please explain kijiye...

Sir, No display in LENOVO CIH81M Desktop motherboard. CPU not heating at all. no short in VRM section. checked mosfets in circuit, all showing ok. getting 12v supply on gate of 4 mosfets, and 2 electro caps. caps and coils are also ok. so please guide me where should i check?

Drain and source mein sirf fwd bias mein reading ayega...depending on type of mosfet.N type or P type.

Mosfet can be switched on by charging the gate with voltage.YOu have to short the gate and source and then check.Mistake u have done.
