    Greetings from the UK. - Great to see a video from you, - I thought you'd got lost in a Cane Field. That looks a very expensive operation, wouldn't a series of long conveyor belts be cheaper, the fuel bill each week must be horrendous, and that's without the cost of those CAT's, and the other vehicles. - I suppose were trying to look all very GREEN and not burn it anymore.. - Good for the Politicians when election time comes around. .. Cheers Chris.

      Thanks, hopefully should be more content coming soon with rice harvest about to begin.

      @@AerialAg - Splendid, love to see those 'odd looking' metal tracked combines. - Can they change those 'tracks' for either the Rubber ones or wheels if necessary or don't they use those machines for any other crop.

      @@christopherlovelock9104 Yes they have wheeled versions of the cane harvesters, mostly for Australia and South America. They'd never make it in the Louisiana mud.

      @@AerialAg Thanks for your reply. You mentioned "Cane Harvesters" - I've seen those on your Channel so I know they exist. - Did you get 'Cane' mixed up with 'Rice', - if you look at your earlier reply to me you mentioned "RICE Harvest" - NOT - "CANE", .... Cheers Chris.

    Awesome video buddy! So what do they do with the bagasse?

    • @AerialAg
      @AerialAg  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      They recycle some of it, but most is burned at the mill to power the furnaces for steam power.

      @@AerialAg I am pretty sure I have asked you before what they do with this by product but I forgot! Sorry! So this new pile that they are making is that the recycle pile or burn pile for steam power?

      @@BRPFan Not exactly sure, I just know they needed to move it before next harvest season.
