Nice job. Seems like the leather was stubborn in absorbing the dye even after deglazing. Any tips on preventing this? I’ve seen Bedos use a very light steel wool with acetone to help prep the leather. Thoughts on this?
you can use a stronger deglazing stuff, but it may damage your leather too. So be aware of that :)

there are some tweezers with reverse closure. maybe they helped you before because you won't need to press and rub at the same time
