Dost Assalam alaikum dost mera ek problem hei Copeland ka d6dj5 compressor oil pressure nahi bad raha hei crankshaft connecting aur tino bush bearing naya dala hei aur pump bhi naya hei
Pump down the system 1 put the system on vacuum 2 remove copper line from low side of the oil safety switch(other line is of oil pump discharge) 3fix a copper line on the valve from where you have removed the copper pipe 4 dip the other end of pipe in the oil can, and open the valve 5 keep watch on the oil glass, when level come, close the valve fix the oil safety switch pipe at the place, vacuum the compressor for 15 minutes open the valves and start the compressor.
At 17.14 suction pressure crancase mein nahin jata, wah kya baat hai. 1984 se main iss line mein hun, aur maine carrier aur voltas ke kum se kum 2000 compressor (5h 40,60,80,120,6D)pe kaam kiya hua hai. Ye baat mujhe aaj pata lagi. Sir jub knowledge incomplete hai to kyun baant rahe ho. Aap compressor mechanic hoge, HVAC mechanic nahi ho. Aap sirf compressor ke baare mein boliye.
