My 1st Ammendment, 2nd Ammendment, 4th & 14th Ammendments have been violated by the powers that be in Fresno, CA. I am fighting for my Constitutionally Protected Rights. We the people have a long way too go in this town. Instead of Police Reform & Accountability, the City doubles the budget for Police Litigation from $2million to $4million per year, which is paid for by Fresno taxpayers. Recent Fresno Bee or CBSnews released the amount of 17million in legal payouts for police litigation since 2010. Not including cases that are pending, or past lawyers fees? When you lose you have to pay all the legal fees, rights? On both sides? How do we find out how much it has cost in attorneys fees to defend/prosecute police ligitgation? Since 2010?

ALL PERSONS, not simplu citizens (and people from PR are in fact CITIZENS anyway) but in 1886, Yick Wo supreme court case established the 14th amend also applied to immigrants and all PERSONS as Yick Wo was Chinese born here but not entitled to citizenship yet the court found UNANIMOUSLY that he was still a 'person' and entitled to 14th protection. Never been challenged
