"you're not quitting ted, you're just letting me go" always breaks my heart. it would have been so easy for the writers to make michelle a straight up bad guy like rupert. but the fact that she challenges his overwhelming positivity *and* the show makes it clear that she and beard have a point where that's concerned is when i realized this show is really special and not just another quirky sitcom. the show ultimately sides with ted but not without showing that even the hero's actions have consequences, good and bad. this video is gorgeous. once again, your coloring skills are insane.
Yesss very good points!! I totally empathize with Michelle. Ugh this damn show making me feel too many things for every single character.. And thank you so much! I can never take credit for the colourings I use in any of my videos though.. I have no idea how to make them myself haha I use ones from giveaways from much more talented people lol! OLIVIA I AM OBSESSED WITH YOUR TED LASSO EDITS 😭😭😭 This one is just flawless??? The way you build up everything up to the instrumental part and how you showed all the emotional/sad moments to become more happy when you reach “the best is yet to come”??? Literal chills this is a masterpiece!!! I adore it!!! Your choice of parallels and scenes and quotes and opening and finishing the edit with the Believe sign… I LOVED THIS SO SO SO MUCH!!!

You used so many great parallels i've never seen before (like 2:31-2:39) and you've captured the heart and the tone of the show so so well with the song and your editing it's just...oof. perfect. Also i agree with what you said about rebecca, fingers crossed we'll actually get to see her learning to be okay with being alone and find happiness within herself next season💕
