Of course not, officer safety over citizen safety. This is where we are now, no duty to protect, and all citizens are secretly major criminals, out to get them.
Qualified Immunity is unconstitutional. With zero legal obligation to serve and protect while benefiting from qualified immunity we get an occupying Force.
I’ve watched many of these interactions now. The one thing that I always come back to is that I can only imagine how some of the police officers would have acted before the invention of body cams and mobile phones with cameras. I can’t believe how most of them act even when on camera. Chilling….
In the scene where the man was on his own porch filming, he was at such a distance that you couldn’t even make out the faces of the officers yet they still tried to control him. That’s the very definition of egomaniacs.
Exactly and taking your hands out of your pockets being barked at you by one of them is NOT something you have to do. It is not illegal to have your hands in your pockets. Just more CONTROL by the corrupt cops!
How many cops showed up? And even then none of them found a crime committed. Seems like a misuse of a system to punish people, when it's there to help people.
Because hating people is wrong and grouping every cop together is exactly the same as grouping every race together. It's just plain stupid. Everyone is an individual.
Semantics I suppose but I totally agree with the sentiment how can people not distrust and loathe the men and women (and whatever is in between) who wear the LEO uniforms. It's not the enforcement of laws that is the problem but rather the tyrannical enforcement of the people acting out in psychopathic ways and little to no accountability for those who act in this manner.
@chellejack3480 How's that boot taste? If all cops aren't bad, where are the good ones to stop the bad ones? You being in denial isn't helping anything. Pathetic.
@@MrRhoidRage It's very uncouth though. If I'm carrying, I'm only grabbing my weapon if I intend to take it out or think I might need to take it out. This guy was completely right to call out that cop, although you are right it doesn't rise to the level of an actual crime.
@@MrRhoidRage it is intent to use a lethal weapon for intimidation. If a citizen had a gun on them and even reached for it, police are authorized to use lethal force for fear of life. Thus a citizen has justifiable fear for life when a cop is touching their gun. The intention is *clearly* to use a lethal weapon to threaten if they do not comply. If previous ruling says otherwise, it needs to be overturned.

Supervisor at the end, guy should have asked, "So, if I was LEGALLY carrying my firearm, and the police wanted to SPEAK to me...would I be permitted to rest my hand on my gun, because it's more comfortable?"
The draw on people for merely having their hands in their pockets. There is no way you'd survive unscathed if you were just casually holding your gun.
Of course not, officer safety over citizen safety. This is where we are now, no duty to protect, and all citizens are secretly major criminals, out to get them.
You can tell that the supervisor also using that as a tool by the way he responded to "I dont answer questions". He was lit up to gaslight
What a complete waste of public service.
Couldn't see anything that would warrant a Baker Act. It means more than merely being pissed off. 🙄
Funny how billions of people don't need to rest their hands
Or just put your hands in your pockets which .....by the way.......is not illegal and they really have no basis of law to tell you to take them out.
The Baker Act is too important to ever tolerate be abused. This is very, very bad.
We let our government pin us against each other so we donate more money and then treat us like this while doing nothing to fix any of our problems.
Baker Act is INSANITY!
These sovereign citizens are getting more and more aggressive
Iaraeli training on display
@@barrybb5409exactly. It's amazing how many people look at you in shock when you tell them that our police get training from the Israeli police
Definitely want an update on this one
Qualified Immunity is unconstitutional. With zero legal obligation to serve and protect while benefiting from qualified immunity we get an occupying Force.
The supervisor shrugged it off and didn't give a shit about constitutional rights. 😅
Wow. For a country that promotes itself for freedom, that baker act sure sounds authoritarian
also, it's very racist to feel the need to insult another person's country when there is no real connection.
I've reviewed this video on SOS previously, and I personally want restitution for SOS and his son!
We love Shields of Shame channel. Thank you so much for putting this on blast.
I’ve watched many of these interactions now. The one thing that I always come back to is that I can only imagine how some of the police officers would have acted before the invention of body cams and mobile phones with cameras. I can’t believe how most of them act even when on camera. Chilling….
We can report them all we want so they can investigate themselves and find nothing wrong.
You gotta do what you gotta do says it all coming from that cop
As long as they continue to have QI, they have no issue being told that they are getting sued and reported because it does not affect them.
In the scene where the man was on his own porch filming, he was at such a distance that you couldn’t even make out the faces of the officers yet they still tried to control him. That’s the very definition of egomaniacs.
I think all these officers need some education on what authority they actually have.
Exactly and taking your hands out of your pockets being barked at you by one of them is NOT something you have to do. It is not illegal to have your hands in your pockets. Just more CONTROL by the corrupt cops!
Go BILLY!!! Go get ‘em all for the many of us who are unable to‼️
Go LackLuster… you too get ‘em all for all of us Dale!! 🤠👍🏼☮️
4:26 how did he think his comment was aimed at the cop? Not our fault the cop can’t find a Q-tip to clean his ear.
They're lying, they know what he said.
Shocking to see such behavior by a public servant. Respectful communication is key for both parties involved.
@5:28 Dude said he was recording too and he wasn’t.
To officers everywhere: thank you for making so many warriors for our rights! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Sgt Hall will do nothing. They will back each other up no matter what they do wrong.
Cops parked on the curb and sidewalk lol 3:00.
I recently found the Shields of Shame channel. I can only recommend it. Super content
How many cops showed up? And even then none of them found a crime committed. Seems like a misuse of a system to punish people, when it's there to help people.
How can anyone NOT hate cops?
Because hating people is wrong and grouping every cop together is exactly the same as grouping every race together. It's just plain stupid. Everyone is an individual.
Chellewack
Sorry but hatIng cops for their overt actions is quite different than racism. Wake up.
Pathetic.
@@chellejack3480 Right on. Judging individuals because of the actions of the population they belong is irrational. Some cops are, in fact, good.
I LOVE SHIELDS OF SHAME HE DOES EXCELLENT RESEARCH AND BACKS IT UP WITH FACTS!!!!
Then they cry, yelling "hero" when they find out. Disgusting
Touching your gun is completely unacceptable.
It is threatening with a weapon. a federal offense.
@@Nomadmandude False. It must be brandished for that. Hand on a holstered weapon is not a federal offense.
@@MrRhoidRage It's very uncouth though. If I'm carrying, I'm only grabbing my weapon if I intend to take it out or think I might need to take it out. It's definitely threatening to most responsible gun owners for a person to put their hand on their holstered weapon while facing you in that manner.
@@Gihntemos false. The weapon must be brandished for it to be a federal offense. I dunno why I have to repeat myself for you clowns. That officer did not commit an offense and he did not intentionally reach and put his hand on the weapon. That simply did *NOT* happen.
In order to grab the but if his weapon, the elbow would be much further out and he would be clearly *reaching*. This officer is in no position to pull a weapon. Stop grasping.
51/50 is outrageous!!! Curious as to why the dad didn't ask them why they were arresting his son.
The demeanor and misinformation you see/hear in public is practiced on family to hone skills. I pray that more family members will come forward and talk about what it's like living in a tyrant LEO's home/castle. More badges will fall...
Thank you. SOS is definitely one of the best.
That's an awful lot of cops for a noise complaint.
Watching from the UK 🇬🇧
They couldn't wait to escalate this situation! Almost as if they knew who was at this address 🤔
The two tyrants tried everything to get Billy to react and cuff and stuff him! They would have been so mad, I hope everyone in their house was safe that night !
🙋🏾♂️ First question from Dad to the Supervisor should have been, "Why was my Son Arrested?"
Start working that case
That was pretty weird, not a single question to any officer about why his son was arrested.
@@kurtkaster5666 why listen to the copsplaining. The charges (or lack of) will become clear soon enough.
@@nic.h Exactly this. Why bother asking for the reason. He already knew they didn't have one, and were just retaliating for his son's speech. The Sgt. would have just spent minutes lecturing him on why they're always right and we're always wrong.
Great video, thanks.
Blue line tazer spotted 5:11
Great catch.
Beautiful one. I've subscribed since the beginning to Shield of shame. Awesome !
Another out of control roid raging officer. Nothing new here sadly. They really need to start testing officers for steroids. I worked with a guy juiced up once and it was pathetic the way he would fly off the handle over *literally nothing.*
They have a culture of steroids. Their medical benifits allow them to just claim they are feeling "less energetic than normal" and they will be given steroids. It's that easy. Only a pig can get them that easy.
I love how that guy’s journey started on Augusta River Walk. If you know the Richmond County Sheriff Dept, you’re not surprised. It’s no wonder the Augusta police department was disbanded years ago.
Two choices. Continue on welfare dole or become a cop.
Government hand out either way.
To me it seems like they seen an opportunity to get back at him by attacking his son
Our Constitution is a total joke 🤣🤣🤣 As long as cops and the courts are immune, they don't give a damn what they do.
We the people are to blame "we" let them get away with this bull shit!
I am absolutely floored by the amount of “go ahead “ when threatened to be sued. Could it be that they are not scared because of qualified impunity.
