    Mix the pink and orange nates prawn cure and you'll get a really bright red color that pops out

    How do you store em? Do you add a liquid then put e. In quart jars?

      This is my quick cure. You can absolutely just store them as is, but putting them in a jar and adding Pautzke red fire brine will get them just right

    Where do you get your shrimp from? Seems like shrimp are tough to find.

      Uncured shrimp can be tough to find. I generally buy 30 pound boxes from D and G bait, and have it shipped.

      I have bought it from a number of sellers, D and G bait and Columbia Basin Bait are two I have used in the past

    What are your thoughts on using rock salt and DI water?

    • @jonessportfishing
      @jonessportfishing  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I use rock salt all the time. I also never use tap water when curing or brining baits.

    What a load rubbish he is not using the process right and it is costing him self and anyone who is looking to do there prawns and shrimp

      Costing what? This simple curing process has put an absolute crap ton of fish in the boat. I actually also have an updated version that I did last year, but your comments about rubbish are interesting. Would love to see your method for curing shrimp done in a video so we can see how you do it and learn a little
