Tara, you are the only spiritual teacher that talks about the genocide. I used to listen to many before the genocide but stopped after I discovered none of them would touch it. I find this deeply hypocritical and superficial and see no point in a spirituality that allows one to circumvent life. Thank you for your work, which for many years has been the most practical and helpful and powerful to me in dealing with difficult life situations. I admire your true integrity and compassion, and courage and takes on i justice in the world. Plato said there is no fteedom without justice, and i can not understand how it is possible that a brutal, racist, colonial, genocide can be allowed to happen in the 21st century. I am only heartened to see how many people are waking up out of their trance of privilege and supremacy and coming together in doludarity dor humanity's sake because of it.

Thank you, Tara. Self-compassion is where it begins for me. The courage to shed light on the hurts, soften the heart, and lay down the burdens I carry. Recognizing that we are all on the same journey to be free from suffering helps me to understand how we are all connected. ✌️💝🙏

Dearest Tara. The emphasis on the need to love nature is what has always drawn me to your talks in particular. I have almost no words to describe my gratefulness to you. Through your talks I have rekindled my belief in humanity - that is how much your kindness has impacted my being. Thanking you in my mind and feeling grateful to you is one of my daily exercises on gratefulness. You are such a beautiful being. Thank you, thank you, thank you, infinitely thank you. Love to you all, from Portugal.

The facilitation you offered of helping that woman just be aware of her process and offer herself more space to be true to her self was beautiful, and perfect to be both as a clinician as and as a person who struggles with the same thing, both with clients and with myself. Sometimes I want to move them. Sometimes they want to move themselves to a better place but what you did that radical compassion/acceptance/ whichever when you call that really filled my heart and my soul when it was feeling pretty pretty broken this morning, so thank you thank you thank you

Yes, otherism is so toxic and destructive, it always blocks caring and yet, as you said, this is our predicament, there are no enemies inside of us either.

if you feel for others on a commiserate heart level when you hear of all the tragedies that abound throughout the planet, you’ll end up a neurotic mess!
