  • 📊San Francisco Real Estate Market Update
    March 2024 vs. March 2023: Single-family homes and condos comparison. 📈 In March 2023, SF saw 243 new listings, while in 2024, it increased to 250, a 2.9% YoY rise.
    Pending sales surged by 29.8%, and sold listings increased by 9.9% YoY. Median sales price saw a 3.1% YoY increase, now at $1,747,000. Homes sold faster, with days on the market dropping to 27, down by 15.6% YoY.
    Active listings decreased by 21.3% YoY. 📉🏠💰 Despite slight fluctuations, SF remains a seller's market, with homes selling for 10.1% over asking price on average.
    🏢 Condos & Co-ops in SF: In 2023, there were 362 new listings, almost the same as 360 in 2024. Pending sales rose by 11.9% YoY, but sold listings dipped by 23.8% YoY. Median sales price increased by 8.5% YoY to $1,150,000.
    Active listings decreased by 6.6% YoY. 📉💰 While prices see a slight increase, the market remains relatively stable. With inventory dwindling, now's the time to consider your options in the SF real estate scene!
