I’m sorry you had a bad experience at that store! I work at BBW and I always try not to be annoying. I understand customers want to be left alone most of the time (I definitely do), so I usually don’t talk past a greeting. If a customer wants my help they’ll ask lol

I work in a regular retail store, not an outlet, but a lot of the sale stuff that’s still in the “new” packaging was put on sale because of the price increases. We can’t sell anything that’s the old ticket price, so it all went either 50 or 75% off. The moisturizing body washes don’t go bad as quickly as the body creams do. Always love watching your hauls 🧡
And whether you shopped 10 times or 10 stores, that’s your business!!! Associates can be so annoying. Also great find on the perfume ! I have it and I love it ❤

Well not only that but to me (and obviously all of us watching) it’s not that strange that it’s been seven days and you’ve shopped ten stores. It really shouldn’t be a shocker to an employee that a customer has shopped multiple stores. Like, ditch the attitude. Pretty sure they don’t work on commission.
Oof this is hard to hear. I work at Sephora and I swear sometimes I'm just trying to make conversation. I never like force a basket or anything but it makes me think lol
Watched this this morning and took my husband and kids with me to the closest outlet store an hour and forty minutes from my house. As soon and I saw Happy Vibes I knew I had to go. Of course picked up way more than I was expecting, but they had such great stuff, I couldn’t leave them behind 😅 Thanks for always keeping us informed 🩵
Wow you know you are a B&BW fan when you take a road trip to go to the outlet store. Cool shop with me but I can’t bring myself to drive further then five minutes anywhere this year I ordered first day of SAS from B&BW online….still waiting for it the shipping is snail mail but Miami drivers are horrible and I try to stay off the road as much as I can but you are my hero for these hauls I can live through them with you.

My ears perked up when I heard Senual Amber. My house smelled so good when I used to get the plug ins with that fragrance. Hope they bring those back too. We have an outlet in Centralia, WA.

I Love the palo santo scented candles , and when I can find pear berry scented stuff I have to get it because it reminds me of my young teen years . I have way too many lotions , sprays , candles right now but I couldn’t miss out on semi annual sale ! I went yesterday and stocked up on 15 foaming hand soaps that were 50 percent off . Thanks for keeping me informed of sales and new releases . I appreciate all you do Leah ❤

I actually found a dream bright body butter and bar soap to try. Also found a body scrub in pink pineapple sunrise. Plus a few back up mists and lotions.

I'm in Canada and as expected the SAS isn't as good. Definitely less selection. I went to two stores and only one is actually worthwhile. All good though, I'm looking forward to Fall!! Also, I love your eyeshadow! Dig the blue on the bottom lash line :)
I love ATC and I’m so glad you were able to get the perfume. The moisturizing body wash also smells AMAZING and I know you will like that one. I’m also happy you picked up the Sensual amber for review because I’ve always been curious about the FFM. The body cream smelled like an old lady so I had to return it 😂 I’m in Dallas and didn’t know I had one about 65 miles from me. I might check it out one day. Thanks Leah!!❤❤

I have an outlet about 80 miles from me, and it's so worth the drive, I find such amazing deals, for candles especially. I sure hope mine stays open, as well - they're such a hidden gem.
(And i bought several of the caramel cream soda candles for $6 each. I guess I'm the only one who liked that candle 😆)

I'm lucky enough to live 6 miles from an outlet store.....my favorite find was teaberry spritzer wall plugs for $2 each..... I bought all 20 in the bin 😬 I didn't get much body care, but got some good candles. I feel like SAS in December is always better 😊

I've only see BBW and BBW/White Barn stores in malls in Canada where I'm from. BBW and White Barn hybrid stores is common in most malls. I've never seen stand alone stores. I usually shop at my local store which is in a mall. This sale has been a hit and miss for me. Not everything was available that was part of the sale in Canada. I have found a couple of gems though. I purchased A Thousand Wishes in the perfume for 75% off. Wow.....A $1? CRAZY!!!! I'm jealous. I would've picked up a couple of those for sure. Thank you the walk throughs and for the haul 😀
My outlet had life of the party & winterberry wonder mists on the $1 shelf and almond blossom and pumpkin cupcake lotion. I felt like I hit the jackpot lol

The outlet is where I accumulated about 75% of my B&BW items. I found $1 minis on the first day of SAS not full size. So I got one of the mini Vanilla Bean Noel to try.
15:40 I get you 110% this is the reason I have not shopped in a few months... the employees act like flies on top of you when you are trying to browse around the store... I always feel like they constantly are seeing if you are going to steal something.. yet, don't do anything when actual thieves steal. It's ridiculous. It's annoying...

I've done real well with SAS this time.
Same...I am a floral girl for sure and since a lot of what I found was spring which is great for florals...I felt spoiled with the prices.

I live in the cities and that's the one I go to when I dive to IA to visit my mom. They will usually have stock from the previous 1-3 years.
We are glad to have outlet stores as well. Outlet stores hear us we love u just as much as non outlet bath and body works. So if a few outlet stores close please outlet stores keep a lot of enough of more outlet stores alive . Your sales are cool and it lasts. We love all bath and body works stores it's a need.
I’m really hoping Poolside Cabana will go 75% off because i’m OBSESSED with that scent and the bottle is super cute.
My closet outlet is nearly an hour away, but I'm willing to drive for a good deal. I went through all my scents and didn't realize I had over 20 😬. I sparsely spray my Pumpkin Pecan Waffle. I'm still holding on to it. Love that scent so much.

I went to my outlet store and found some good deals! $1-Life of the party (full size) $1-pecan waffles hand cream, $1-bedazzled car vent,$1- mini frosted coconut snowfall, $6-cinnamon and Clive candle, $2-gingham fresh mini spray
I’m on the hunt for midnight amber glow! I’ve been to 2 of my stores and I couldn’t find a mini or full size mist. That, wrapped in vanilla, and coco paradise are my favorites. 😍 we had an outlet in my city but it closed 😭

You're lucky on that. I'd have to travel states away. We had a tester store on candles a month or so ago and I got candles for like $8 each and they weren't just "sale" candles. I bought a few even though I really didn't need any but I had to lol.

Omg Online they don’t sell the Blackberries and Basil and Whipped Rose and Vanilla and haven’t seen them in store either since last Decembers SAS when we first fell in love with those scents. Gonna have to make a trip out to my outlet and see if they still have them there. Thanks you for the info.
I love Sensual Amber. I have 2 mists and just picked up the body cream. Amber and Sandalwood are two of my favorite scents. I don't like foodie scents or anything too sweet.

I found a couple Christmas candles at my store, I’m still hoping we’ll get some more. I did get lucky and was able get order 12 Christmas candles online for 75% off. I missed out on Marshmallow Fireside. I really wanted that one.

In case you didnt know; there's an outlet center 10 mins south from the Mall of America. Its in the Eagan Oulet center. Lots of stores at that one. 😊
so not every outlet mall bath and body works is an actual outlet location. That one is just a regular store

I am so fortunate lol I live within driving distance of about 8 stores and 2 outlets. One is 1 exit from Mexico. Its my favourite one BUT 2x I almost went to Tijuana. Its the mall Las America.... But next time I am taking my passport just in case I miss the exit😅. 🎉 Its a 20 min drive from downtown San Diego. 😊

Eagan premium outlets are not far from Burnsville! Bath and Body outlet is there too! I live in the area!
I don’t think Eagan is an actual outlet store. The only ones in Minnesota are north branch and Medford

Sorry you had a bad experience. My last store experience, the associate tried to talk me out of buying something. I had a return plus a coupon. She told me the item was full price and SAS is coming up. I’m glad I didn’t listen because the item hasn’t even gone on sale for SAS.
The outlet store in Connecticut closed a few months ago.

I've had the exact situation happen to me. On start day of sas I had already been to 3 other stores and shopped on line and the worker basically did the same to me. Then a few min later a shopper asked the worker for Youre the One, and the worker said they didnt have it and I walked over and handed to the girl. They did have it. The worker was clueless. Ugh geez haha
Or when I walk in Bath and Body Works and they try to show me products and I keep saying already own, it got it already, yep have it too and they look at me like yeah right. 😂
