Saltwater breeze is my favorite gym scent. I layer it with the body cream and feel like I smell so good but not overly powerful or offensive. I think it’s the aquatic aspect, smells like took a fresh shower or walked through waterfall in the mountain
I've noticed the body creams only last 18 months for me. 2 years max. They all turn rancid. I've also noticed them making only body creams for some scents (not lotions) which I resent bc I don't want to buy them! Grrrr.
This happened to me too. I talked with. BBW employee that said the creams are only good for one year. So I only buy 1-2 at a time and ensure to use them quickly.
I saw someone say Leaves body spray mixed with Kilian Angels Share is so good if that perfume is too sickly sweet the leaves scent helps balance that. I definitely want to try it!
Good 4 u, I'm not that interested bc leaves is overbearing. That clove note is not pretty, perfumey or sexy enuff. They could've balanced it out better than that & I don't even want it as an air freshener either. I'll just wait to see if they make it better next yr & they probably will.
Hi Leah, I absolutely feel the same about this years B&BW scents. Most of them were not really it, they had either boring fragrance notes, the quality was bad or the scents were not good or strong enough. I decluttered and sold also some of the newer items from this year and did not buy much from this years collections. I hope they will release good and original fragrances again. :/
I ended up decluttering the vast majority of my bbws, I’ve been developing a bit of a scent allergy and I found that a lot of my bbw was setting it off, I only kept 8 mists and 10 lotions but I need to use up a lot of my lotions before I buy some unscented ones. Thankfully, I bought the skylar boardwalk taffy (from your rec) and honestly it smells so good and it doesn’t bother me! I’m planning on picking up a few more of their perfumes maybe for Black Friday. Love your videos Leah! ❤

I was at my walmart yesterday and they had a display of body creams that the packaging is a perfect dupe of bum bum cream! They had about four or five scents, but they were sealed so I couldn’t smell them. I just was very surprised to see them!
They don't make their formulas as good as they used to, for sure. I'm almost embarrassed to admit it but I have a body mist that almost 20 years old and it actually still smells amazing. Yes, I'm almost done with it, LOL. It's definitely my favorite scent that they've ever had so I've used it sparingly over the years but I'm trying to go ahead and just enjoy it and use it up.
@@juliemcdaniel499 it was called Tropical Colada. It isn't at all similar to the candle that they released recently, totally different. That same collection also included a Strawberry Daiquiri scent (also completely different from the candle) and the packaging on everything was super cute. It was really fun because they released candles in the same scents as the body care but because the entire collection was drink-themed, the candles were actually in jars that look like martini glasses! I still have one of the candles, too.

Great collection declutter video I try and keep my lotions and body creams to a minimum as well they expire in less then two years most of the time so I usually have around ten or less my major hoard of bath and body works is mostly in candles and body mists those can last up to ten years I have one candle that is about eight years old and it still smells amazing it was a limited edition one so I never want to get rid of it and I have body mists that are at least five years old and they are still good.

I love Together Weather soooooo Much it smells almost exactly as Sol de janeiro bom dia cream which is my favourit cream so im very happy because bom dia both cream and mist are so expensive here in Sweden
I do not do any scents of any kind at bath and body but over the years i discovered one that i went bonkers over in the body wash and of course they didn't make it any longer after that and it was merry marshmallow kiss. I would love to have that in body wash but if you happen to find it on line the price is unreal.
When you got rid away pink suede 😮. I absolutely love that one and I feel it’s one that lasts so long in scent on the skin and gets alot of compliments. I want to get another one

I have just a small amount left of the True Blue Spa. They used to have a whole product line just for your feet and when I ran out of the shea butter foot lotion, I started using the True Blue. It makes my hands and feet super soft.
I am very particular about ingredients, I definitely would not keep a lotion longer than a year. Plus the newer bbw ones are paraben free and some products also dye free too. Anything older I'd toss.

Decluttering feels good but it’s so hard to let things go for different reasons. I have to be fed up to my eyeballs to just be like “I’m giving it away!” Otherwise it’s because of sentimental or what if. I have so many shoes I’ve never worn, but I’ve decluttered some and regretted it. Same with jeans - got rid of boot cuts and they were right back in style shortly afterwards. Figures. Makeup and hair care are hard too - I have good brands I don’t use to “save” them. Stupid in the end. And to be honest the perfumes I decluttered a few years ago I regret some because I really did love them - it must have been when I smelled them on a certain day my nose was overwhelmed and they smelled off. Like Refuge and Refuge Nights, Burberry Brit, Britney Spears Fantasy and M. Fantasy - ended up rebuying those two at TJ Maxx and they’re not as good as I remember. MF was mysterious and yummy, nos it’s just fruity. I rebought Beautiful Day because I love it and also got Gingham Fresh, Gorgeous and Poppy. I can’t decide which is worth keeping between Fresh and Poppy - all the ones have overlapping notes, like pear or daisies, or peony, so they could smell good layered but I don’t need all the lotions - maybe keep Fresh lotion and Poopy spray (don’t have Fresh spray). But I’m stressing myself out too because I’m buying instead of decluttering. I have plenty of actual perfumes to layer (including Marc Jacobs Perfect, poppy’s dupe) and even lotion from Hempz that smell AMAZING (a wildflower one that’s better than B&B and lasts). And I love Pound Cake but the whipped cream (or something) has a weird underlying thing that makes it smell almost like spoiled milk - if that was gone it would be perfect.

I find if I shake the lotions and body creams with each use it reblends it and makes it creamy again. Helps them last a bit longer.

Lotions last longer than 2 yrs, definitely longer than bcreams. Bcreams has the shortest shelf life of them all.

Depends on the scent but you can tell when it’s sloshy or smells weird. Usually 2-3 years max
