Hey bud, looks like the whole family helped with the covering. Thanks from all of us who received farm items in almost everything. Keep up the good work and I'll see-ya on the next one. Old Hickory, TN. 🇺🇸
Enjoyed watching your video. Noticed your help arrived after you had done the bulk of the tire removal. Cool to see it was a family effort in the end. Stay safe, my friend.
God bless you young man and your family for all you do as farmers. I can't believe how incredibly hard you work. It makes me thankful my family left farming a couple of generations ago and it embarrasses me to think how much I complained about taking the trash out compared to what you do.
Super video of the hard farm work and family unity performing daily tasks...Thank you and YOUR family...these videos could be used to show Congress how hard farm work is and why our farms, farmers are back bone of America...God Bless you and your family..
Hey Lukas, sure does take some effort to place the tarp over the area and put some dirt and pieces of tire on top of it! Then when you uncover it, you have to do the process in reverse. I guess that's what you gotta do to get 'er done. It's just a chore like anything else you do on the farm. Upload more YT content when you get a chance to do so.😅😊
To me, being that far north and getting three cuttings is crazy. Also surprised to see you post since you're likely doing 2 a-days right now. Blessings bro. And cool video, man.
Good job Lukas and family. Why don’t you introduce us to your intern/employees. Would be neat to hear how farming at their home contrasts with your farm. Blessings!
That was an awesome video Lukas you're some worker moving all those tires isn't easy you had most of them taken off before help arrived Big family effort to cover the piles Loved you're choice of music for the video Really enjoyed the video as always looking forward to the next one Best wishes from Ireland 🇨🇮
Great video again!! Got a Question, what is the song called at the beginning of your vid? starts at 0:27 and ends at 3:45.. never heard this song but i like it a lot!!! thanks for sharing this farming vid dude!!
It’s feed for the cows, so we chop it into small pieces and then put it in a pile then pack it down, then we cover it so it can ferment, fermented feed is better for the cows
@@TheFarmersSon. If you have your own hay and cows, it would be stupid to sell your own hay and then buy new hay somewhere else. The question can really only come from a city dweller
Dude with the coolest sunglasses and farming videos ever!! Always look forward to your videos! Yeah….
Soo! that's where the strong arms come from. Cheers Lukas for another interesting vid. You all work so hard. All the best from England, UK.👍
Hi Lukas! Lots of hard work throwing all this tires around! Great video, thanks for posting for us!

No one works harder than this young man! Lol you make me tired! 😂😂😂
I love your purposeful selection of music.
the bluegrass version of leaning on the everlasting arms is something I would expect from the southern area, sounds great.

Great music, especially the first song! Who sings it and what’s the name of the song?
Keep making great content young man 💯
Not sure on the song sorry
I think you guys at all farmers are awesome.
We have a fellow from India. All around a good worker. This is western Canada 🇨🇦.
Great video about your work, keep it up
Totally awesome 💯
How do you know when you've packed the silage enough?
When you go over a couple times it should stay down instead of coming back up and that’s when you know it’s packed.
Bro you're super chill 😍🖐🏻

I have it listed as “With You” but I can’t find the artist
What is all that and what are you going to use it for. (city guy here, sorry)
It’s feed for the cows, so we chop it into small pieces and then put it in a pile then pack it down, then we cover it so it can ferment, fermented feed is better for the cows
@@TheFarmersSon. Cool Thanks.
Growing a goatee, eh?!? 🧔♂️
I shaved it lol😂
Men I like your job 😍
City guy here why do u cover and not sell it or is it for the farm
We cover it because it’s better to feed fermented feed and we don’t sell it because it’s feed for our cows
@@TheFarmersSon. If you have your own hay and cows, it would be stupid to sell your own hay and then buy new hay somewhere else. The question can really only come from a city dweller
What is the crop? Fill us city folks in please
Chopped hay, 3rd cutting for the year called 3rd crop
Is it turned into compost? How long of a process does that take?
No it’s turned into feed for the cows and it takes around 3 weeks to ferment
It’s alfalfa

Otherwise, what a life.
