Buddy, you have more common sense between your ears than a lot of fully grown adults I know. You seem to be a happy and sensible lad. What a great life on the farm 😉😉😉👌🏼
This video popped up on my home page and I thought I'd give it a watch......and I enjoyed it so much I subscribed. We need young folks like you.....we need farmers like you....thanks for what you do.
My first visit to your farm. Your commentary was high up on the mature level: an 18 year old talking about wanting to finish the harvest and getting on with the work. I had not seen wheat being harvested but it was quite interesting. So now it's a two boy job. It was good hearing you talk about your grandparents and great grandparents. That's three generations working the farm. Thanks Farmer Woody for showing us your commitment to the family farm, your hard work, and how proud you are of your heritage. You work hard to be sure many others have food to eat. God bless our family farms.
You’re doing an awesome job as an 18-year-old. I am impressed and very thankful that we have young fellows like here on the farm with the enthusiasm and desire to do well. May God continue to bless and keep you safe and healthy. Greet that little guy that was next to you - always good to have a companion 11:05
Hey, I enjoy your videos, especially when you’re talking about the combine! It would really be great if, in another video when you’re cutting wheat, to explain to us who are not farmers, how exactly the combine cuts the wheat and how the wheat is collected and where the stalks end up. Thanks. 😊
You are very Articulate young 18 year old man. Farming can be very challenging at times but it is a great environment to build a good and honest work ethic.
Kudos to your parents and any other family who raised you right. Kudos to you for listening to and learning from them. Rare today, but forever laudable. The teachings you have absorbed, your positive personality, and your eagerness to serve others (in your community and beyond) are great traits that will be helpful - to you and others - for a lifetime. Without exaggeration, people like you help make this world a better place. You’re “on the right track.” Stay there. Stay strong. Encourage strength in others. Be sure everyone in your “inner circle” encourages you. Be strong in character. Never take your mind off what is truly meaningful in life. You will go far. I promise. I could not be more impressed. (Sorry for “preaching.”)
New subscriber here from Texas. I taught school for 35 years in a farming community and so I am familiar with your job and terms as I would always hear the farm boys talking farm jobs and such. A wonderful life. God bless!🙏
I live in South Africa on the East Coast in Durban ( town with same climate as Miami )I spent chhild hood days in a small country village called Ixopo... mainly cattle farms... nothing as sophisticated as your spread though.. I have enjoyed your vid.. so impressed that you are so young & operating such huge & expensive equipment...my friends used to work their fathers small Massey Ferguson tractors.. minute compared to your combine.. I guess American kids mature faster than South Africans so they can be trusted with bigger responsibilities..I am most impressed with your vid clip.... keep up the good work... & start teaching your little bro' stay safe & be happy!
dude not sure how I stumbled upon your channel but had to subscribe. You are the Great USA and what this country is about. Thank You for doing what you do and being a farmer, it takes a special person to be willing to put a hard days work. You are what USA is about Thanks
Its refreshing to see deducation and hard work and the engine of this great USA being handles by young dudes. Learning about the goals..the process..the run times..the cycles..just real cool i stumbled across this out of no where and i stayed 😂😂😂😂😂😂👏👏👏👏🙌
remembers my on my childhood. We kids are all working in the harvest time. 10 year old kids driving every machine and we have fun, feels like we are adults.
My first visit to your channel . . I liked watching out the front window ( many other farming TH-camrs keep the camera on their face too much ) Once we know what you look like, it's interesting to warch the machine do "it's thing" LOL
Cool videos keep them coming I've always wanted to know what it's like being on a farm but I think you have to see it in person it's actually on my list
Hi,... you are doing very well there.... it's interesting for me to learn, the farm Life.... I live at the country, for the past 8 years, love it cause i'm a city guy, Retired from Public Works Ville de Montréa,, QuébecI never liked the city, but the job was good, I'm more of a Nature guy,... I enjoyed your video, and looking forward for the next video... Blessings my Friend, from East Hereford, Qc Canada
I grew up on dairy farms in New Hampshire and the Adirondacks in New York right about when tractors got rubber tires instead of steel wheels. But we still kept a team of horses and mules for whenever the tractor got stuck! It's still not an easy life!
Love the human measure sort of of your combine -refreshing to see it in opposition to the millions dollars monsters that are always broken or what! Beautiful fields.
Nice work!! When you're harvesting, could you explain a bit more about what you're seeing (eg, crop conditions, weather) and thinking (how market is looking, other things on your "todo" list, etc)? Even if it's just "thinking out loud"? I bet millions don't know how this works and might soak it all up like a sponge!
I enjoyed your entire video, Landon. I have subscribed so I can see more of what an 18 year old farmer does. Keep up the good work. God bless, Brother Charles Pratt, O.H.
My dad was from Isabel Kansas. Worked the wheat fields when younger. Went to war and came back and drove cattle truck in Kansas. Moved to Washington after marring my mom.
You have gotten to experience what 99% of the kids hard work gives you something nothing else does keep it up your awesome i used to be a truck driver farmers and trucks make everything
I've seen a few of you're videos and really enjoyed watching them and this video was awesome I'm now subscribed to you're channel Looking forward to the next one Best wishes from Ireland 🇨🇮
Good Saturday morning! I just found your channel and subscribed. Good to see you having a decent wheat harvest there! Wishing you and your Family a God Blessed weekend there! From sunny southeast Iowa farmland! Mark in southeast Iowa.
Very interesting and enjoyable video. Not too many people know of the hard work that goes into farming. Appears that you enjoy your work. Thanks for all you do.
I was born and raised in San Francisco. I moved to the country 25 years ago and couldn’t again live in a city. Been countrified so no longer a flatlander.
Interesting video. Very likable😢 “host.” I have a challenge. Count how many sentences that have in them the word “so.” Usually the very first or last word of a sentence, but occasionally in the middle. Yet your friendly and smart demeanor overshadows it all. (I’m probably the only person to notice it and, like everyone, I know it’s completely unimportant.) Well done! And thanks for your uplifting personality and intelligence that is missing among 99% of all people. I look forward to more videos!
Really enjoy you're family and videos. Keep it up! Question: Used to seeing Deere equipment. Note that most equipmenmt you use is New Holland and Klause. Can you share why your family uses what they do, and why no John Deere?
You are doing awesome work on the farm
This happens on thousands of farms across the country. The unsung heroes that grow, harvest and feed the rest of us. Bravo!
Buddy, you have more common sense between your ears than a lot of fully grown adults I know. You seem to be a happy and sensible lad. What a great life on the farm 😉😉😉👌🏼
Here here. Interesting and fun video.
Great to see a new generation of Primary Producers, the unsung heroes of all Countries. Thank you Woody.

It is great to see young farmers I am watching from SouthEast Missouri Piedmont, Mo.
I never realized that much work went into using a tractor. It never occurred you need to be careful when driving on a hill, thanks for sharing.
City boy here, I never knew how involved and time consuming farming is.
A hard working guy, like most americans are. A very nice and positive video, indeed! Good luck to you with your channel! Greeting from Moscow, Russia
