At the Food Trucks at the Fairgrounds event in Bakersfield, 23ABC introduced viewers to Sarap Food and Catering Services. 23ABC's Henry Flores spoke again with co-owners John Aliwala and Jeneryn San Antonio, who said it was a family dream to bring authentic Filipino food to the Bakersfield community.

I see from a photo and caption on the side of the truck that they sell "igado," which I don't think I've seen before from my visits to Filipino turo turo eateries. Igado is made from pork tenderloin and pork liver and kidneys. The inclusion of such a dish suggests that this truck is truly legit and digging deep, drawing from the wide breath of Filipino cuisine.
