Why should the wives be expected to live up to the mother?? This is the problem with African homes, too much judgement passed onto the daughter in law to be just like her mother in law, for what? Maybe she isn’t going to be a stay at home mom, what if she’s a doctor or nurse who will be busy working majority of the time….

However, all that fried food, seemingly at every meal, is extremely challenging on the liver. Not to mention the free radicals it causes, that damage the cells. The skin takes the overload by releasing with eruptions/boils. When the liver is overtaxed, the skin takes on the overload, by releasing with outbreaks are particularly noticeable on the surface of the face, among other areas. The recipes doesn’t appear to include many deep leafy greens, if any. (i.e. kale, spinach, collards, etc.) Just sayin’… Being a healthy vegan for 40 yrs and counting, I would surely have zoomed in on them. No bashing. Simply a wellbeing perspective, regarding a healthier way of eating. Along the way, perhaps, she (& hubby) will make a shift and accentuate a more healthier way of preparing foodstuff. ONLY continuous divine BLESSINGS to this beautiful family! 🌹🕊️
