Sad to see as I preordered this... wish they just did things the right way and reached out to Inno (-_-"). At least we have James to keep the community honest!
I almost didnt catch the trueno front if it wasnt for your comment on the pre-order post. Almost bought it 😅😅😅 Dont fail me now Inno... and thanks for your work James!
This was very interesting seems like manufacturers will put on liveries without approval of copyright to sell a product! Again Thanks for the info!👍👍👏👏🤯
I realise now many h.k. & China base new small companies brands making many 1:64 toy or collectibles cars which wheels cannot roll. May I know why? Is it modern that making collectibles cars with fixed wheels better? Or making nice rolling wheels function cost is high?
they also plan on releasing the lbwk f40 but i doubt that they got any sort of approval from ferrari, even the real car itself is something ferrari wouldnt like so there is no way they would lisence a model version of it. on the photos it just says lbwk f40 as if lbwk is the manufacturer of the car clearly to avoid copyright issues but the car does seem to have ferrari logos on it. inno should do something about that one too before ferrari does

it's getting tougher and tougher lol
You mean Inno reach out to them.
How does Time Micro get away with it? they do all types of well known liveries and aren't even licensed.
You can get away with a lot overseas. It's when you start crossing things with US based businesses that start to get messy.
They try but man so much goes under the radar it's ridiculous. Time Micro just released a Mooneyes model car LOL
@@modelcarshouston LOL so we going to see some GTR and Supra Moon Eyes soon from them I guess
Time micro models are solid. Yes they are not licensed but they got some solid castings lol
@@joserodrigues3105 tarmac does gtr mooneyes
To me putting the livery on the wrong car makes it even worse getting close to Time Micro shenanigans
Hahaha exactly

Someone was saying the same thing the other day!
The F40 lbwk, they only use LBWK’s license. Not Ferrari’s, so I think it should be fine
Time Macro and Street Weapon should be sued also, unfair to Inno64 got sued.
Cease and desist is not the same as being sued.
Shame, shame, SHAME 😂😂😂
is focal horizon a legit diecast brand
Heck nah lol
