This is just an ls4 with ls6 intake and ls2 TB. ls4's and ls2"s both have 243 heads. it would take alot of fab work to get an ls2 block to fit due to the fact that it is longer than the ls4 block.
i hated the hood when i saw it online, but seeing it here and how it can look has changed my mind about it. thanks

@@seansailor6838 it is a Ls1 intake with a Ls2 102mm Throttle Body.
@@mrlogic313 what vehicle did that LS1 intake manifold come off of? Because I can purchase an LS1 manifold intake and it came off of 2000 Silverado 1500
@@seansailor6838 if it's coming from a Silverado that would be a truck intake. I got mine from a 99 Camaro Z28.

The only engine that will work FWD is LS4 because the engine block was made special by GM to mate to the 4T65E transmission and crankshaft is 1/2 shorter on the front for clearance on the assesory drive. LS2 engine's have RWD transmission bolt pattern on the block and will not work with FWD transmission.

Which trans upgrade company did you use? My GXP is due for a rebuild and everything I hear says TEP is the way to go and was wondering if that is what you used.

Why did you relocate the coolant reservoir? Because of your intake? I don't see any turbo. 😆
It is a LS2 swap nonboosted, hence the 300hp rating as opposed to 400-500 if boost was added. And I am unsure of the reason he swapped the location of the res

How did you get the intake manifold to fit?
Beam's Hobby Shack the hardest part about getting it to fit is cutting the alternator bracket. Then you need fuel injector adapters for the new ls6 injectors. You also have to relocate your brake booster vaccum fitting. besides that it's just a few small button ups to get it to fit right.

Exhaust sounds nice but the rest of the car is too ricey for my taste but to each their own. I wish these would have came rwd a lot more fun lol
Yah personally I like more modestly cosmetically enhanced cars, but some people really go for the flashy. He doesnt flaunt it around and try to get in everyone's face with it. That is my single rule with being "flashy". Just dont be obnoxious to others
