@S. Tirineesh They are all Indian religion originated in India (Jain and Buddhism in Bihar). He basically meant no other religion other than Indian ones is so open and welcoming.

Its not a quick way to become Hindu as like other religion,just through a conversion method.Its a life style of divinity by making relation with nature and animal with surplus humanity.its the worlds oldest religion as well as culture to love human and nature.

The fact is that we had no concept of any 'institutional religion' though budhism and jainism emerged as branches or dissentions from "santana dharma' or 'vedaanta'.The word 'hindu' came from arabia as a geographical indicator and not that of a philosphy.

The Universe (Brahmand) consists of 4 things
1. Param atma (Energy)
2. Param tatva (Matter)
3. Maha kal (Time )
4. Kal (Black space)
(Today Science says
Space and Time are not different they are different attributes of 1 thing and Hindus use 1 word "Kal")

_Both are Param (Supreme)_
Hence equal

Energy = Matter
E = M
E = MC^2 (After Solar formation)
_Both are Immortal_
Both can not be created nor destroyed only translated ( or incarnated) into another form (or body )

*Matter* has trinity aspects
1. Proton +ve
2. Neutron =
3. Electron -ve
*Hindus* personified it as

Since Energy and matter are two
2 types of worship

Why idol worshipping?
Hindus do the same rituals on the purchase of car bike house TV AC etc which we do before idols

A car can be moulded into an Idol of Natraja
But no change in the composition of the proton neutron electron
So Hindus are not only the idol worshipers but the worshipers of the entire spread of the Universe as the cosmic form of Lord Krsna(Brahm)

1. Proton and neutron are always connected form Nucleous

Please, there is a difference between what the ancient sages meant and what we are inferring from the shlokas here now. They are very much underappreciated, but this doesn't mean they knew everything. If the shlokas are publicly available to everyone and many of us know Sanskrit, we would be having a strong scientific knowledge right now. But, these shlokas only come into light when some diligent people working with the scientific method arrive at some result.
Don't get me wrong, I know many scientific principles were present way before the Europeans named them after themselves. Pythagoras' theorem was known to the Indians, Mesopotamians and the Egyptians at least 500 years before Pythagoras, but still it was named after him. But the black matter, black hole, energy mass equivalence principals were not. You needed to have a certain level of knowledge beforehand to contemplate these things.

@@CommentThere please mention the sources for all the things you have mentioned, like any of the scriptures have mentioned the things you have said about hinduism or you want to defame the religion somehow based on your limited knowledge and unlimited hate towards Hinduism?
Every religion have some rituals and festivals and practices with some ideals and message carrying in it, if you are unable to understand the intent it's fine, but defaming it because of lack of understanding is not fine at all.
Ofcourse I don't deny in these days people are not fallowing the religion as it should be, like the things you mentioned, and coming to Burning bodies is ain't the biggest cause of pollution in the world even in India also, don't beat around the bush, it's a ritual and effective way of avoiding diceases from spreading ( you can take carona as example), and sati is evolved with time and insecurity of life of women and it is fallowed by people for no reason, there is no any scripture support the same in any way. And it was not practised in india nowadays from 1829 onwards. And people here are always ready to adopt the best and suitable things unlike making themselves regid and conservants in the name of religion.

Hinduism is not a religion and it is not 'one of' the most ancient religions. Sanatana Dharma is the oldest philosophical, cultural and spiritual tradition in human history that has evolved over millenniums. It is multifaceted and constantly evolving. There is no single distinguishing origin, doctrine, religious text or prophet.

The word Hindu came from the foreign invaders after year 1194, from afganistan they had to cross Sindhu river to enter Bharat India, they had difficulty in pronouncing Sindhu so, they called it Hindu and thus the people living around it got the name Hindus. The earliest name of India was Ajnabh (the country originated from navel of Brahma or the central place) then it was called Aryavart, then Bharat then Hindustan and India. All Hindus of the entire India are Aryans and their region is Sanatan Dharma, but foreigner gave us names according to their convenience and we accepted that and forgot our real identity.

you don't have to wear a saree to visit a temple, it's totally fine to visit wearing normal clothes
Nope the hindu tradition that is the original indian traditions are being followed and are to be followed in future. Small temples may allow but the popular and properly managed ones dont allow if you wear western, revealing clothes be it a man or women
@@hari.r.k6414 I live in bangalore, so i wud know. wearing western clothes is totally fine as long as they're not too revealing. there are only some temples that require a strict dress code
You just have to dress modestly and humbly that's all that matters. But for that you don't have to wear anything extra just cover your body fully and feel the spiritual energy that comes from sinplicity
@@kushal4956 Yeh there is no restriction on temple to wear whatever dresses until you don't do pooja or just visiting there but yeh for ancient, traditional and auspicious mandir which was built many years ago have rules for wearing traditional dress. Yeh that's true we don't believe in fully covered but also not in revealing dress as well in temples.

Dharma Definition is not easy but every one says according to his or her knowledge but in short it is duty and accountability towards this soul and world which u can say like Not hurting anyone by actions , no killing , perform every duty of life without cheating or hurting anyone, follow the path of truth , helping others . Man forgot Including Artha and Moksha, as usual. People are so obsessed with Karma and Dharma. Action and duty...they forget about Economy and Liberation. Just like our society. It goes to show how we messed up in furthering our society by not considering Artha which is the financial aspect, to allow more benefit to the worthy and encourage useful practices and allow people to live more comfortable and convenient lives...this became a reason for great talents to walk away from the nation to seek employment elsewhere. While Liberation is completely and utterly forgotten, to walk through a cycle and be freed from the 'need' to do something or be something, this was natural because due to the missing Artha, running the wheel on only 2 parts was extremely hard enough as it is...nobody stopped to bother about what next hence Moksha never came into their mind.
Economy and Liberation is also included in Karma and Dharma. Too much of anything is poison.The balance application according to what know is good. Example too much importance for economy is harming our society like a family person to secure his unborn generation economy is fast using resources and a individual who is just happy by pleasing themselves is lavishly using resources beyond need in every aspect.
The Philosophy, "Many paths of enlightenment to attain moksha" is Not talking Many paths in term of Many religions...Bt talk abt "Bhakti yog, Jnana yog, Karma Yog & Raj yog" as different paths of enlightenment & We can choose to follow any one of these To attain Moksha eventually.

Bindi is worn especially in between the eyebrows to represent the energy point of agya which is the seat of intellect, intuition, scientific rationale, question. After marriage in Indian culture poeple wear sindoor becoz it is transcending the mooladhar chakra whose colour is vermillion colour. Since muladhar is activated following marriage for sure, suppose to be the transcence of energy of muladhar to agya is a a a natural way to channelise or transform or divert or pump muladhar energy to develop intellect to take on greater responsibility after marriage. The same when husband dies, poeple don't wear vermillion, assuming tat the energy is not derived from muladhar, but from other centres. In ancient India once husband dies poeple who were strictly adherant to spiritual practice many a time did not remarry. So muladhar was not needed to energise the seat of intellect. Agya. Coming to Islam they r against application of anything on forehead . Becoz their insistence is on a method non dependance on man made things approach spirituality. Where as hinduism takes into account of women's nature and tendencies to decorate themselves, so hindu seers have devised methods something decorative, meaning ful yet spiritually elevating. So there is lot of decoration in hinduism becoz decorate, sing, dance, vibrant colours are natures way so they use these methods in hindu spirituality
