Look like it is a ctenus exlineae (cave coint cave spider / florida woodlouse spider) they are mostly found in caves in the southeast of the usa, pretty common for them to have the legs tight together, espically if they are moving slowly or resting like in the video.

I live on 55 acres in rural n.e. Alabama ( st. Clair county). I have a mountain, a creek, woods, and swamp... So many paranormal things have happened here in the last seven years since I moved here, I could write a book on it. That smell should tell you to STAY AWAY..prob a cryptid or worse living in there.

Not bigger then that, that was definitely an adult prob a male at that deff had some size on it. But I have seen them that big not just every time. And ya I don't see a ton of them running around but I do see a couple during the summer I'm in the yard alot specially in the evenings and there fast as hell too.

It's super common for big spiders like that to be missing legs.
We call them dock or cave spiders. Common near water. That's just how they hold their legs.
