My God.... it's easier to put in 2X speed. So far it's basically the same as other systems I've used. Different GUI. And other differences but my first two systems were Unix based. This looks super easy! I aced the phone interview. Thought I was brushing up on this but nope. Just done front desk so often I've heard of it. This seems a bit less intuitive than the last one I used.
When new people are starting, they dont start out doing all these detailed transactions and every detail on the reservation page, etc. Just show how to do a regular reservation and a checkout and do all the details in another video.

Get a more user friendly system , not a complex system, Keep it simple.
