Fun fact: Fuse The Author nerfs Rimuru so much. Rimuru's subordinates could use broken Ultimate skills like Souei's and Velgrynd's parallel existence. Although Rimuru doesn't use it HE CAN. He could use every ultimate skills in the virtue system via shub niggurath. And Ciel itself is integrated into Rimuru's soul. So they are one. In the LN Rimuru just uses his normal skill set like barrier techniques and Azathoth but if he wants to he could use any skill if analyzed enough. Ciel is Rimuru's personal Voice of the World.

I think you might have mixed things up a bit, he's a "True Demon Lord" not a "True Dragon". In the story there's two types of demon lords, the self-proclaimed ones and the true ones, what Rimuro became was a true one..
But he did become a True Dragon in volume 15, have you gotten to that part?
After Rimuru evolved into a True Dragon he essentially lost his title of “Awakened True Demon Lord” because the True Dragons are much higher in authority and power. That’s why in Rimuru’s Wiki “True Demon Lord” is listed as a former title

Rimiru was always God. It's pretty clear at this point that Rimiru is the reincarnation of Veldanava. Veldanava was just a regular human after Milim was conceived. His True Dragon power was passed to Milim, although Milim is not a True Dragon herself, since her mother was human. Veldanava and her mother were murdered when Milim was a child. Veldanava's soul can't die, but since he was a human after losing all his power, he kept reincarnating as a human for the past 2000+ years. Until finally becoming Rimiru. That's why Rimiru is so powerful. He's just requiring all his original power as Veldanava. The light novels have been pretty blatant with the hints that Rimiru is the reincarnation of Veldanava. Even Justice King Michael's final thought after Rimiru consumed him was that he had finally achieved his goal. And his only goal was becoming a part of Veldanava again. Justice King Michael recognized Veldanava's soul as soon as he became a part of Rimiru. Even Velgryd, Guy and Dino have their suspicions about Rimiru possibly being Veldanava's reincarnation.

If we were to equalize magicules ans ethernanos, all true dragon , angels, and spirts are made up of ethernanos equivalent. Dragons in FT are very special as the only magic that effect them are other dragons. It doesn’t matter how powerful the spell is, only dragon slayer magic works. Hell even god slayer magic couldn’t effect arcnologia. Physical damage is one option but they are super hard to crack.
The only contenders are true dragons, creator god and Rimiru after ascending. The problem is that Arcnologia can eat all types of magic. Aka, the stronger magic attack you throw at him, the stronger he gets. Do you see the problem?
