Dr Wealth really does not understand Gold as Gold is tier 1 assets and can fight geo political and inflation hedge. Fiat money is worthless especially the endless printing of USD.

I dont think this guest has a good track record of making potential gains at all. Not sure if anyone would take his advice. Sg and chinese stocks arent making money for years.
His company is quite reputable and their investment terminology is quite solid.

Chinese stocks and reits are the worse investment for any investor. Experienced investors would avoid at all cost. Wont be recommend
