    Role of rest, recovery and sleep in weight loss
    Rest -
    - Focus on keeping good posture when resting
    - Do active rest, stay in RPE of 2-5
    - Break your sitting by following 30:3 rule. Stand up for 3 mins for every 30 mins of sitting.
    Recovery -
    - Afternoon nap of 20-30 mins very important
    - Food and hydration play a big role in recovery
    - Stimulants like tea, coffee, alcohol come in the way of recovery
    - Have 2-3 cups of tea/coffee max in a day
    Sleep -
    - Crucial for hormonal balance, esp. insulin regulation
    - Follow basic rules of sleep: no gadgets before bedtime, fix your sleep and wakeup time, have haldi milk in night before sleeping.

    I love this woman she has literally changed my life. I am not an indian, how did i get to know her? One day I was scrolling on youtube i saw a video titled "the indian food wisdom" i watched it and it truly changed my outlook on food, rest, exercise. I am no longer a brain washed by the food and diet industry, and I live a joyful life where food is a source of life and is sacred and is a source of nurishment and my body is respected and is usually fed with the right food. I would have never come to know to this knowledge without Rujuta. So thank you Rujuta

    Thanx..nice explaining..I am now 67 years..रातको कभी भी होगी तो 2 से 3 घंटे नींद हो जाती है ..मै 11 बजे सोती है तो 2/2.30 बजे नींद खुलती है..कितनी कोशिश करेगी तो भी निंद नही आती..फिर 3/4 घंटे के बाद ऑंख लगती है...तब 6.30/7 बजे उठने का वक्त होता है...हल्दी दूध पीके देखना चाहिए...nice tailing..
