Wonderful. I bought these panels for my backyard and will definitely bring them with me when I travel in my RV. I’m getting ready to retire and will be setting out soon. Thanks for the video! Safe travels!😊
We bought 2 sets of the 32" panels. 4 gates. After you have set it up a couple times you start to know where to put the gates. It can also be set up on uneven ground. You can climb shallow hills also. The alignment holes don't always have to be "narrow set inside wider set". You can set them together pretty much any way you want. As for the rods I never pound mine in. What I can press in by hand is good enough but in reality you can set it up on blacktop and it won't fall over. We carry ours in a trailer hitch rack on the back of the RV. Made a cage around the rack and just drop the panels in and one strap. The rods go in the front basement. Takes less than 5 minutes to set up. The only drawback was price for 2 sets. Stil, we love them and the lads especially love them.
That's a great idea about the rear cargo rack, Dan! Thanks for sharing that. I hammered in the stakes because we are here for another 6 weeks, however for portability you definitely don't need to do that.
We almost bought a set last year. I have been waiting for a review like this to see the setup of the system. Thanks for the video, maybe next time you can do a viseo with the takedown and storeage while traveling with it.
Takedown is just the opposite, of course: pull the rods and bundle the panels. We'll be traveling with three bundles of panels in the truck bed: 8-32" panels (x2) and 6-24" panels.
We use it all the time in campgrounds. In fact, I just set it up today! We love this system, and so does the dog. No getting tangled on anything with a leash.
I love watching Zoe play! You can tell she is loved. It was wonderful of you to get this product for her and share it with you viewers. I believe and I think Zoe will agree that this is a Marvelous Performance Product!
I’ve seen a lot of dog corrals like this while on the road but this looks like a really good one. I would love to have one for our new puppy but , where to store it while in transit. I think if we stayed in one spot more than a week we would get one, maybe one day when we spend the winters in florida in one spot instead of moving so much. Looks like Zoey looks happy but will she jump it. Larry
@@leapnlarry I know Zoe well enough to know that she won't jump it; however, the panels come as high as 50" for those who need more restriction. I'm planning on letting these ride in the truck bed alongside the fifth wheel hitch. And thanks Marv! You know she's just our little girl. 😉🐾
We just got this enclosure, used it for the first time. Great product, easily put up and taken down, allows our lab to be outside with us, and enjoying the out of doors. We also bought the carrying straps which are invaluable in putting it in the basement of our fifth wheel.
Glad to hear of your experience, Mark! I suspect that we'll be primarily boondocking this upcoming season, but for those nights in campgrounds we see this enclosure as something invaluable for Zoe's and our enjoyment of the patio area.
I had this in my cart for awhile. After your great review I may pull the trigger. I see multiple uses for these. When I buy, I'll buy from you! Also, you advised us about the Visible network years before it was mainstream. Thanks. ♥️🐾
We use PetSafe radio fence with collars for our 2 dogs. We can easily move it from our house to the RV. It only has 2 drawbacks, needs electric (120) and some training.
Thx JD I’ve been thinking of trying these! I’ve been wondering though how are you get them to cross the “barrier” when you want to go out on walks? I was thinking maybe I could teach them to cross a “magic” yoga mat that I could roll out? Lol I don’t know. One of my dogs is too big for me to pick up so …
Don’t use shock collars. Especially when moving from camp site to camp site. That’s gonna be really difficult and asking a lot of the dog when you could just use one of these. Much more humane. The “radio” or electric fence works by shocking the dog. If that spot is changing often it’s gonna cause stress and anxiety to the dog because there’s a lack of consistency and clarity. Dogs don’t generalize ideas and things in the same way we do as humans.
Thank you so much for the great review! We have 2 Labs and this looks perfect. When we are home they are used to being off leash so when camping it’s always stressful with only having the leash option. thanks again.
You bet, Jennifer! As we're in the East this season we're confined to campgrounds, so we've been setting the enclosure up each week -- including now. It's a terrific option.
Love this! I never understand why some rv campgrounds won’t allow these. So much better for dogs, as opposed to keeping our dogs on 2 ft leashes for multiple days. 💙💙💙
It all depends on the RV park, Danielle. Some allow them, some don't. We are fortunate that the place where we spend 5 months every winter allows them.
I have a portable pen for my two, less than 20lb pets. I could take it with me in my RV but being metal it is quite heavy, even though it is only about 3ft tall. My RV is only 22 ft long, not a massive motor home.
The nice thing about this particular pen is that it's rather light weight. I'm a 98-lb weakling, but I can still easily lift and move these panels in bundles of 8.
Looks like it works great! But where can one store that in an RV, Marc? Roof possibly. But getting it up and down looks like a real hassle. Anyway, looking forward to seeing your solutions. Gord
In our case, Gord, it's going to ride in the bed of the pickup. There should be plenty of room next to the hitch. Set up and tear down is a breeze, actually, probably 10 minutes or so.
Were the freebie gloves for putting the pen together or for combing Zoe? I have a pair of grooming gloves that I use on Stinky Zeke and they work good the never ending shedders.
Hey Roger! We got it from KZ when we visited the factory in Shipshewana: th-cam.com/video/im7lflhuoYQ/w-d-xo.html Perhaps you could mail order one by contacting customer service?
Yeah, that setup is very compact. I was surprised. I bet they don't have a cat enclosure🤣!!:) Marc, when do you plan on starting next year's travels now that we are mid way through March and April is only two weeks away? Gord
IS THAT YOUR NEW FORD???? DOES IT EXCEED ALL THE EXPECTATIONS? CURRENTLY IN S. FLORIDA AND HEADING TO THE KEYS IN A FEW DAYS. MAYBE WE MEETUP IN THE MIDDLE COME SPRING/SUMMER.
You never know PeeWee, although we haven't crafted our plans yet for the coming travel season. Yep, the new truck was finally delivered on February 9th. It has not only met expectations, it has thus far exceeded them.
Sure they can. As private businesses they can create and enforce any rules they wish. It's no different than the parks that prohibit RVs >10 years old.

We absolutely love this one.
That's a great idea to place the shorter panels next to the 5th wheel to access the storage compartment!
It's been working out great for us, Tony.

Many campgrounds do not allow animal enclosures, but I suppose boondocking while you are close by it would work, better than a leash or cable run.
So far, so good here. No one from the RV park has said a word to us yet.
Great looking playpen for dogs. I will definitely purchase this. Thank you for the review😊
Our pleasure Vickie, thank you for watching!
Good video buying this set up for my 2 pugs we go to motorcycles races. This set up will be great
We use it all the time, and it has held up well.
I think that is the same one we got.. We like ours..
It's wonderful. I won't bother putting it up for only a night or two, but almost always use it when we're somewhere for a full week.

I will have to check into this, I have a dog and would like to give him some space off leash. Yes, I missed the live stream.
That's okay Dian, we are happy to have you here anyway you get here. This has really transformed the way we deal with Zoe in a campground.
Where is the link for the fences please. Thank you
Right in the video description. If you need more help, just let me know.
What is the difference between the FXW rollick and the instant playpen besides the price??
Honestly Elaine, not a clue as we've never looked into the instant playpen.

Can I use this to contain my black Labrador when I’m away for 8 hours a day?
Personally I wouldn't leave any dog penned up outside, unsupervised for 8 hours.
Did you not use the gates that came with the 24" ?
Yup, we're using all three gates we have - one 24" and two 32".
How much does a set of 8 panels weigh? Im worried itll be too heavy for our Ram Rebel if I buy 24 panels
I don't have the precise weight but it's not much. I'm a 98-lb weakling and can easily lift a set of 8 with one hand.
