Mona is the knly podcast I’ve seen with a black woman that honestly speaks on our current child welfare system and I wish she had more time to really tell y’all bc if you knew 😭😂😂Foster Alumni here 🙋🏽♀️ from dc they originally didn’t wanna take my case neither dc or Maryland even though both my parents and guardians tried to kick me out they still refused to take my case as a homeless neglected teen in 2017-2018. This is all happening in the nations Capitol and Maryland as well I actually stayed one night in Baltimore in a group home it was horrible 😭😭💔💔but nonetheless that baby will not get help from DHS or none of y’all unless he is committing crimes sad to say💔DHS didn’t take my case in maryland to put me into foster care until I almost caught a breaking and entering charge being caught sleeping in school bc I had no where to go 💔kids are in worst circumstances like that. They have people come out and investigate 😭sometimes they send nobody to investigate allegations against these children 💔y’all care about Chrisean baby so bad why y’all don’t help all babies and all kids in yall communities 😭ppl like Chrisean and blue know they will never be punished for what they put them kids through bc y’all as a society are not punished for what y’all allow these kids to go through 💔unless it’s your child but if y’all care go to school for social work, we also need politicians not the ones who folks been politicizing from generation generations we need someone preferably gen Z not old 😭😂😂bc these old folks and adults clearly are obsessed with watching society and our communities suffer

Gabriels life is still celebrated in a big way on the street where he lived here in Palmdale. His death and trial was devastating to us. The child welfare system is still crap and many other similar cases is ongoing til this day.
