I really wanna see sora change in a perspective of letting himself be open of his emotions because they have always been bottled up till more recent years
Great video. The point of belief is going to play a huge factor i think. Sora will have to start dealing with alot of not black and white, but morally grey trauma from the foretellers and these people stuck in the material world of quadratum. I hope with that belief and his mastery of these grey areas, Sora makes himself his own type of keyblade master.
It's strange that I consider Sora to be one of the most powerful Keyblade wielders with the greatest potential, even reaching the level of a Keyblade Master or surpassing it, but I feel that he limits himself. I remember someone said that one of Sora's biggest weaknesses is his emotional state because Sora gets stagnant when he feels vulnerable or lacking in confidence, but one of his highest points (also his lowest) was in Kingdom Hearts III when He gained enough confidence to rescue his friends and defeat Xehanort. This is something very interesting because Sora not only gained more confidence and determination for Riku but also for Kairi. Two of his oldest friends showed him that he was more capable than he would believe as Riku and Kairi let Sora know that he just needs to trust him and that things will work out. Well, I don't think that Sora is unpunished for his darkness, someone who has had low self-esteem and trust problems is not solved overnight, it takes time and I hope that greater depth is given to Kingdom Hearts IV.
yes, I really think anti and rage form are important. Many people over look them as being gameplay mechanics, but the moment you're forced into rage form in the Master Xehanort fight, I was 100% convinced it is cannon to the story. That was before I knew the interview information. I really hope they're addressed (story wise) in the future.
I actually think Sora became a Master when Xehanort bequeathed him the ×-Blade. Xehanort passed his mission on to Sora and passed on the most powerful Keyblade in existence. And Xehanort is a Master. I don't think Sora still has the ×-Blade though. Presumably it disappears along with Kingdom Hearts at the end of KH3.
