Just been given the privilege to do a full detail on one of these which was stored in a garage for a number of years. Every nut and bolt has been cleaned so far, close to going back on the road. Such an awesome looking bike!!! Regards from 🇬🇧

Hello, where have you got rear carbon hugger from? Ilmberger (manufacturer of carbon panels for this bike) do not show it on their site. May be from other model with shaft-drive?

Bill, do you know why there's a bump on the genuine windscreen? The R1200S has the same bump on its windscreen. I've owned a 2010 HP2S SE for more than 7 years, but I still don't know why.🤔
If my intel is correct, the BMW engineers wanted to mount the K- or the R12S, but finally switch to the 2D MotoGP dash. The Windscreen was already done at that ponit, so they didn't change it.
