Great video & setting, The Sean-Nos Dancing is wonderful to see, great freedom to it!!
I love watching her dance!
Fabulous fab contrast with fab geographical back drop. And the contrast of music light and grey. Good choice.
Beautiful. Something very mystic about the music, setting, and dancing. Spolit for choice we are.
Everything about this is just wild. Fantastic.
An ear for a tune and a eye for a shamanic dance...beautiful balance between concertina and feet that catch the breeze...
I was trying to find suitable words for many young women sean nós dancers performances today and "shamanic" is one word that fits the description.
THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH!!
Outrageous rhythm!
Just brilliant - the box and the steps both!

Smiling ear to ear, bobbing my head, and tapping my feet about this whole thing! ☘️🥰👍🏾
I love themusic and the sound of the steps but I began watching with sound off and it looks hilarious.I'm not a fan of this dance style, especially with flailing arms and hair.

Hi Cormac !
What's the name of the first tune ?
I am just starting to play concertina ;)
Come back in 10 years
Which part of Middle Earth is this? Greetings from Germany. ^^
Dingle peninsula. I once bought a lobster for £1 straight off the boat at that quay. Mount Brandon stands behind it. I'll defer to a local.
Fecking great playing, what is the first and last tune?
The first one is called Port Dealai. What's the name of the second one?
What are the tunes called?
The pier has since been demolished, due largely to the structural damage sustained in the making of this video.

What's the last tune in the set called?
Peata geal do mháthair
@@cormacbegley5480 I Like Hearing Your Foot Tapping.
Can anyone tell me the name of the first tune?
Question is. Did you Cormac?
Polka, lad.
Her hair also wanted to join in but doesn't have the rhythm and control just yet
What kind of dancing is that? Because it has no relation to irish dancing.
She would want to rein herself in a small bit,the brazen hussy!
This is why the Brits made the dancers NOT use their hands because it reinforced their idea of the wild Irish, Hup.
Is that fact/true B.D....? Source please?
@@kelvinmeneely3116 There appears to be no document which rules out the use of hands so it was either the English or the Catholic church who discouraged it. An occupying country or church can make their own rules.
Looks like American clog. It's hard to keep the arms down. I suppose competition dancing restricts all but legs movement for the sake of judging?
@@peterpozman6972The Irish brought that to USA and Appalachian moutains Seán Nós origin is Irish.
So true, irish dancing morphed into Appalachian flatfoot and Buckdancing.
