That's great, and huge progress in a year! Indicating levels is tricky, especially since we're only talking about interpretive skills (listening comprehension, not production). We wanted our audience to know that these conversations are at a natural speed with vocabulary and expressions you would commonly hear from native speakers in this context. We aren't interested in making videos dealing with specialized vocabulary or content that would only be useful to a small number of people. Your work is outstandingly amazing! But is this really a natural speed? I understand a lot more compared to when I watch other TV series on Netflix like Elite or La Casa de Papel. :)
There are lots of factors that go into what you understand. The Spanish from Spain is totally different than the Spanish from Mexico or Argentina or Cuba, for example. Our videos by definition have a limited context - you're not following a complicated, ongoing story. There are also a limited number of abstract references. That said, yes, this video is at a natural speed for a Mexican conversation in this context. We're glad you understand it!

You can open a transcript if that would be helpful. To open the transcript, go to the row below the title and click on the three horizontal dots ... (next to "save", at the far right).
