I loved your video! I have watched it several times with and without subtitles (Spanish & English), slowed down and while shadowing or taking notes. But I’m having trouble with one sentence…can any one help me understand the sentence structure of this sentence? “Lo mal es que me la regaló una amiga” I know what the sentence means but I don’t understand why “una amiga” comes at the end of the sentence. Could you say “Lo malo es que mi amiga me la regaló”? Or would that be wrong.

That would be fine too! Subject placement is very flexible in Spanish - it can go before or after the verb.
