What Do I Need to Know Before Selling My Home?
Psalm 118: 6 Surely[d] goodness and mercy[e] shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell[f] in the house of the Lord forever
Thanks for the advice and information
Does retirement check count as Accountable income
Yes, retirement income received is countable income. Annual income for VA purposes is the money earned in a year from a job or from retirement or annuity payments.
Complicated, but insightful -- thank you!
Notice the laughter: because this is so complicated with so many hoops; it's a joke. If the govt was serious about helping vets we wouldn't need "help' and it wouldn't take "months and months" and wouldn't be "hidden" in the first place.
All these people are doing is spreading false information of Veterans Benifits that don't exists, this is getting people pissed at Veterans for Trump
Do churches count as a charitable organization? My church is not a 501c3.
Churches, synagogues, mosques, and other places of worship are automatically considered tax exempt by the IRS (as long as they meet certain requirements), without filing for recognition of 501(c)(3) status officially. Notwithstanding, it's advisable to consult with a tax professional or legal advisor to understand the specific implications for your church.
Just because you stand up for right doesn't mean you're Jezebel Church doctrines are correct...
As always it's the VA once again kicking the can down the road. THEY HAVE MASTERED THESE TECHNIQUES TO DENY YOU!!!!!👎👎👎
My father was a WWll vet he was financially well off he has never been in the va system when, I placed him in the Va system the minute they saw his finances they cut his services and appointments , no I’m not making this up I work for the va, even though he used his hmo to pay for services way to go va
Just another BS Veterans Affairs over bard benefit, denied twice so the benefit is fictional and useless.
Due to the stringent requirements for qualifying for Aid and Attendance, including income limitations and medical evidence demonstrating significant care needs, a substantial number of initial applications are denied. Most indicators of need for assistance (eg, home health utilization, dementia, stroke) were associated with significantly higher probabilities of receiving A&A.
Easy to say you are qualified but actually getting approve the "benefit" is totally different story. And you have to apply every year. Hope the new guy President Trump pointed get these bs policies fix.
There's a V.A. manual, but it goes by high rank or how many medals. It's all politic's!
The "benefits" are hidden for a reason. Such as they don't exist.
Your doing a huge disservice to veterans. Your not even close on a lot of your talking points
15.8 million veterans in a population of over 300 million? Something wrong here.
Is there benefits to get help so the veteran can stay in his home.
Shame you have to be in a certain date that evolves around war time
What is countable income?
You’re explaining “Pension” A&A. You really-REALLY suck at talking about these VA benefits. 😤
You suck worse! Just say what was missed instead of shouting from nowhere land. He had alot of good information. Act like a Veteran and have some respect! Happy Thanksgiving🎉
not pension. VBA disability, not pension. Both qualify
Everyone has a different story
All you should have to know is who your local vso is. Haven't gone to the VA for years and had no idea there was a regional office I know there is no patient manual and there's no patient rights Policy for lack of better word. Unfortunately some things of essos are not allowed to talk about like the shortcomings in travel pay an assistance. Etc
VA.gov. know what you should.......search everything you can. va has a duty to assist. it's the law
I know this is "old" but I just found it..I grew up in Brooklyn with Joe, his brother and parents-who became "grandparents" to my brothers and I....I knew Sue. She was a great person. Joe and Bobby (his brother) were influence on me-I always think of them-especially Bobby every time I hear Bungalow bill by the Beatles as that was the very first song I ever heard played live-by Bobby.
this is not Jeanne Scully‘s best interest or wishes. She revoke her trust and POA from Dr. Robert Scully. although she loves my brother, she does not give Bobby any property. Her POA responsibility was to help her pay bills and has not been honored. thank you for posting, it insightful somewhat educational. Not my mother or my wishes 🙏 although I like caregiving services and want to be close to Mom, again. My pension doesn’t seem to be enough. Sad to separate me from my mother and caused me such an expense every month visiting her. This is not working out for us and my family. We’re all hurting speak to Jeanne Scully about her wishes. She may be forgetful, but she remembers a lot and she never gave my brother any property and knows this is wrong and not her best interest because it’s hurting the family
It's a way for boomers to leave their kids nothing
A lot of words, yet no information...
I am the oldest of three. I received the least. Not complaining as I wasn't expecting any.
Healthcare is a criminal scam. Watch out for the rackets being run out of Florida!
Can I find out about this, without an attorney. I need to find out!.
Thank you for this video. You helped explain the basics of this very confusing issue.
For the ILIT if all you have in the trust, what income would it have that would require a return or need for it to be a grantor trust?
A couple of strategies for those in the 35% or 37% personal bracket. 1. If house is in trust you can get a benefit of $10k deduction for property tax in addition to the $10k deduction for state income tax on your personal return. 2. You can absorb some capital gains in zero and 15% brackets vs 23.8% if on personal return. 3. You can get an additional $3k of stock Losses against ordinary income. 4. If you are managing income to keep below the IRMAA threshold or the 3.8% surtax, having some income taxed by the trust can allow you to recognize a bit more income such as withdrawals from your IRA or cap gains. Granted these are small dollars as you still hit 37% at $23k of income in the trust, but if you have to do the trust tax return anyway, it provides a little relief and potentially eliminates the need for a K1.
Let's say I give my mom 18 thousand. But now I want to pay for her groceries monthly throughout the year. Do groceries count towards the gift tax?
Can rental property be put into a medicaid asset protection trust?

Glad to hear Fiduciary Security Allied Legal Professionals have free amendments.
Good morning our trust cost a million dollars in Litigation so our kids are getting the Fiduciary Security Allied Legal Professionals forgery proof Permission Validation Ledger Inheritance Administration when they go global in July.
can you use a portion of the money to put a deposit for a place to live
The raw truth is: NOBODY wants your shite. Give it now, donate it to an auction fundraiser, or throw it away.
Bless her heart she's so adorable and sweet
Has this worked for anyone since 1992 when we first heard about them?
idk but I am aware trusts and estates attorneys still use them. Not sure which way that cuts. Sometimes people do things that don't work, sometimes people don't do things that absolutely work.
We have been taking care of our parents at home for centuries without scamming the Tax Payers. And only needed nursing home care for extreme circumstances. So our family doesn’t think this works and will hire Fiduciary Security Allied Legal Professionals who use the forgery proof permission validation ledger inheritance administrations. So no one can use a DIY legal document to steal our property and put us on the street.
@@PeterJames143Thanks for replying Trust Attorneys still use the Estate Plan even though the Inheritance Administration Fiduciary Security Allied Legal Professionals interdict DIY document thieves. Who used to steal our homes with the Estate Plan Non-Interdicted documents and put us on the street with Archaic EP DIY documents.
@@PeterJames143thanks for replying they still use the Estate Plan instead of an inheritance administration even though DIY documents are stealing Estate Plans and homes and putting vulnerable seniors and special needs children on the street. So we’re still wondering if it’s ever been successful. We’re noticing most families are able to pay a sibling to keep both home fronts going when they put their lives on hold to care for mom and pops in either of their homes. With a rare need for a short stay at a nursing home.
