Is the E28 on 18 inch wheels? You know, they raced these cars on much smaller wheels in the eighties, even the M5 was on 16 inch. I can imagine that these low profile tires give the car a sharp edge. I would not be surprised if it handles much better with wheels that have some more “meat” on them… Just my opinion.
They are 17s. And yes that's true but for a low car like this i think bigger wheels look way better. I think in DTM they also used 17s actually, nit sure though
@@tibro2853 The white color makes the wheels look bigger, they looked like 18 inch to me. It is possible that BMW used 17 inch in DTM, but E28 were never raced in DTM. Anyway, cool car and enjoyable video. Goed bezig! 👍

Yeah tach is dead 😅 But yes i've driven the car more than enough to know when to shift. And if not there is always the limiter 😂
