Abderrahmane Zerouali There is no criteria specifically for ships speed and distance from nearest land in annex 1 for discharge from Machinery space outside special areas. The requirement only states that your ship should be enroute. Oil/oily mixture should pass through an oil filtering equipment. Oil content of the mixture in effluents should not exceed 15 ppm without Dilution. Etc

There is nothing called annex 7. Ballast water management is a completely different thing. Just visit IMO official page you will come to know.
