After applying emulsion on the screen,how long can we put on a dark room?,Also how many hours is needed to dry the emulsion for enough to expose the film.

You have to dry it as quick as possible. Within 15 to 20 min

Sun exposer is very vulnerable. Sun er luminous never fix so timing also vary. You need to do lots of try to get success.
