Use one Kilo watt UV bulb with vacuum for better results, Also distance from bulb to Stencil or glass is also play important roll in exposure. For 1KW UV lamp 3 ft to 3.5 ft is ideal.

Normal bulb is very weak source of UV. it may cause your screen under exposed. try to get UV tube light with good vacuum facility for best results. If you are planning to buy bulb , Sun is better option.

A1 emulsion green kya pre Sensitized hai use waise use kiya ja sakta hai without bicromate k
No. You need to mix bichromate.
Sps emulsion comes pre mixed but once container open the shelf life is about one month only that's too when kept in fridge.

yes probably 5 ml..10 ml in 250 ml of emulsion..5 gramme of sentiser in 250 ml of water..perhaps 0.5 grames in 250...2 grmmes in one liter..

depend on your UV source and distance of your screen from source. Please do step exposure to find out correct exposure time.
