Li revolves around Qi stack system Qi stacks allows him to do things like insta-kill up with max NP charge, or invul pierce and other things. Use damaging NP to drain 2 Qi stacks (buff NP like Castoria won't drain the Qi stacks). When he runs out of Qi stack he enters cooldown, where he cannot cast NP and gets massive ATK down but massive DMG resist so both sides don't do DMG to each other. He also gets ATK up every time he does an attack, so someone that can remove offensive buff with NP like Muramasa would be very good here
The way I see people clearing it is to speedrun him by using strong ST sabers with their related DMG support and taunt walls to keep the damage window open
