There's like no comparison whatsoever. Kyo is 1000x better than Ryu. Kyo evolved while Ryu stayed a caveman. Kyo evolved so much they made at least 3 clones of him (4 if you count K'). One of the reasons my cousin started looking at KOF was because he noticed how much cooler a main character Kyo was compared to Ryu.
