Not sure if you figured it out by now but You can press Forward + Punch (F+LP/HP) after f,d,df+LP/HP So after you launch with NESTS Kyo's f,d,df or(6,2,3) Uppercut, tap f+lp or hp depending on how you want to continue the combo :)
If you play mugen (A game where you can put any character you want and they are made by players), there is a kyo with all the kof XIII moves, he is divide into Normal, Nest and Plus (both Normal and Nest move in one move).

You can break the d,df,f buffer chain by inputting d,df,f,(uf) + attack. "Tiger kneeing" the move will not activate the buffered DM move but will still register the special move. The basic idea works for other moves too. For characters with a fireball and DP moves with similar inputs, (uf) will make the fireball come out. This way you can move forward and do a quick fireball input without the DP coming out. :)
if you stop at df and hit p, then you can either hit f + p or you can do a qcf + p. as long as the motion is f, d, df, d,df, f your fine. you get super wen u hit d, df, f, d, df, f.
It was basically the 98 kyo and did you played 99. After Kyo 1 and Kyo 2, you have original Kyo himself. Kyo-2 only had rekka chain, one DM (Final Showdown), and his grab and his rising fire. He didn't have a complete Rekka chain like Kyo had and didn't have as many as supers like the 99 Kyo.
There's the original Kyo, Kyo-1, Kyo-2, and Kusanagi making the clone team from 2002, then there's the canonically different 2003 Kusanagi, K9999 the 9999th clone of Kyo, Cosplayer Kyoko, K' who was infused with Kyo's DNA making him a half clone, Krizalid the clone of K', Krizalid's clone, and Nameless who is the 9999th clone of K'. TL;DR version: 1 original 4 playable clones 1 magic clone sub-boss, 9995 unseen clones, 1000 semi clones, and a cosplaying fangirl. KOF has a shitload of clones.

When you are at the ''Select your fighter screen'' point the cursor at Kyo then press Select.
How do u cancel the dp motion into the fireball motion? It keeps giving me a super every time i try it -_- so irritating

Something I just don't understand? Kyo has the most diverse skill set in 2d fighting history. So y not make all of his moves accessible.
