- Today I went out to Twin Peaks for their toy drive supporting the local Police department and it was a blast. The whole corvette club of Houston pulled up and put on a show for the officers. It was really funny watching the corvettes embarrass the supercar owners by their sends leaving the car show! I am still a supercar guy myself but something about the sound of bald eagles just makes you feel like an American!!!

I thought the same thing about a convertible and tried it when I got my slk280 hardtop but those 50-60 degree nights feel a lot cooler with the top down!😂 Beginning to savor the sunny and warm days more and more

You clearly don’t know anything about corvettes lol. That’s not a “base” stingray, it’s a z51 stingray. Which means it’s basically a grand sport without the wide body. It’s got the dry sump motor, brake upgrade functional oil cooler and rear diff cooler and lower center of gravity than a “base”. The base stingray doesn’t come with any of that and has a completely different lt1 motor lol. He’s got a zr1 front bumper who cares? It’s a corvette not a v6 mustang with gt emblems lol. Big difference. I feel like I’m watching King of the Hill listening to you narrate lol

Just curious here.... I know nothing about supercars -- Do you, or at what speed do you feel the addition of the "wings"? Do they make a difference on the highway /high speed? My dream car is the Lamborghini Countach with the front and rear wing... Does they make much difference at legal highway speeds? Or, do you have to be traveling much faster before you begin to feel the affects? :-) Any reply is appreciated...

I read online that the man who first wanted to put the 'wings' on the Countach, Lamborghini denied him, or tried to deny him.... Those foils actually caused so much drat that they slowed down the Countach down by about 15 mph! :-O
