Noor was not a friend of the Queen. Queen Elizabeth II’s friends were not Queens, except for 3: Ana Maria of Greece,Margarethe II of Denmark and QueenBeatrix of the Netherlands.
Queen Margarethe was Queen Elizabeth’s cousin.
