In the same position and similar sales history here. Been doing blanket Promoted Standard. Looking forward to a follow up video with your thinking on ads based on "Days on Site"
Thanks for your comment. So far having only items that have been on the site after 60 days has been going well. It is encouraging to know the newest items will have only the standard fee. Our items are typically unique enough that just being new with healthy listing workflows should get them viewed by potential buyers. Will do a follow up video so thanks for subscribing.
Thanks for sharing your strategy. That is a reasonable number. I have always hard to see this fees come in but it does seem to get some regular results.
@@beforetreasures we just have to remember that doing this brings us to a market & economy where we can sell items faster, and often times for more. I post larger items on Facebook market place.. but they don't ever really sell there faster than they do on eBay.. To me it feels worth it because of the turnaround rate and the markets were able to sell in..

Great insight, thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Alot of the larger resellers I watch use 5-8%. To get some promotion out there, but not give too much away, I've been trying this with good results.
