There are many Koreans here in Pensacola, Florida USA. I’ve a Korean friend who constantly nagging me to go to her church, the Baptist church. I’m a Catholic and she’s Baptist, I’ve learned about the Korean culture from her. There’s a huge Korean community here and they’re going to Christian university in Pensacola. She taught me a little bit of Korean language, and the funniest one, she recommended me to watch k drama! I could hardly catch up with the Korean words because they talk so fast 😢I’m Filipino American but not too fluent in tagalog language. She constantly tease me with her adorable expressions of “ aigoo, you can’t speak Tagalog, what’s wrong with you!” 😂 I mix my Tagalog with Spanish, sometimes with French 😅 or call my Filipino friends to translate the word in Tagalog for her. 😊😊
