Just in time for Thanksgiving! I used to hate stuffing growing up, but it has become my favorite part of the holiday dinner! If you liked this video, you might like this truffle mashed potato recipe as well: th-cam.com/video/Qegiv7lppgQ/w-d-xo.html
My strategy is to let Mom and Dad make the turkey... LOL! Love 'em both dearly. Sigh. But when they are gone, I'll just go to the restaurant for turkey. LOL. But I'm very glad to see people keeping the turkey tradition alive and tasting yummy! 😍
You are the first video where the stuffing mix wasn't over saturated. People forget that stuffing in the bird. Gets added moisture being inside the turkey. So refreshing to see someone ACTUALLY do it right ❤️
Aww.. Thank you! I found that a lot of people will dump a lot of stock into the stuffing while they are basting.... Maybe too much love.. Lol. I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Looks delicious Joe! Only cooked 1 turkey in my life, but it turned out great. All the work is in the prep work. And the great thing, is that it lasted for over a week of good meat. :) 3:49 - Seriously? Someone forgot to take the packaging out of the guts?! LOL! I'm surprised they didn't cook it still in it's plastic packaging. LMAO! You have gained quite the followers! Me, not so much. It doesn't help when I tell people I don't like to unfollow me. lol Keep up the great work! :D
Yeah... It's a struggle to keep a zipped lip sometimes. Hehe. I remember one Thanksgiving I didn't give the turkey enough time to defrost and it came out undercooked... Man.. I was all bent outta shape... It ended up taking 9 hrs. Haha

Looks delicious!! Hope you had an amazing Thanksgiving!!! 😊 Did you use convection roast? What temperature? I bet you are loving your Frigidaire Air Fry Oven!!! 😊
Hey! Had a great weekend. Hope yours was great as well. I just used the convection roast at 325 degrees. Came out great. The oven has a really nice, consistent temperature, so it was all pretty easy-peazy!
joe one key portion of great stuffing and moist turkey is making use of the wingtips, neck and giblets this is easily done by making essentially a hasty turkey soup...necks etc same ingredients as stuffing all in a 4 quart pan the natural broth and meat bits from the neck day before make the soup let it cool and moisten the stuffing heavily! Then pack the bird as the bird roasts the flavors and moisture permeate the bird and the juices flow out ...after the soup is made the 1 gallon pan is reduced to about 1quart or more...save about 1/2 for the gravy...ths is a no baste bird where as the stuffing boils dry it seasons the bird and the drippings are added the the remaining soup and meat bits for the gravy...some even add 1 egg to the stuffing or oysters etc...but the dressing is permeated with bits of neck meat and deboning is easy as the neck once boiled in the soup easily is deboned..use only the , neck and giblets cut up in the dressing ...with the egg! soup is cool day after so it will not cook the egg prematurely...the stuffings in the cavities and the skin pocket flavors are cooked and bound together with the soup making...which means the turkey will be evenly seasoned ...this meal is 100% reliable and the carcase makes excellent turkey soup for turkey and noodles after the mighty thanksgiving ...this 1 or 2 days of cooking will feed a family 4 to 6 up to to 6 meals including the thanksgiving event! So the freezer is your friend ...then at christmas 5 weeks latter it can be repeated or like most ham it up then left overs are ham and scalloped potatoes and of course all the ham and turkey sandwiches after the grand meals!

Always! :)
Oh gosh, the first few seconds already made me hungry lol. Oh this is great considering Thanksgiving is coming.
Thanks! Wanted to get this online sooner... It's a little late I think for Thanksgiving, but we will see how it does.
@@JoesPhenomenal Wait why is it late? You still got 6 days to get some views.
@@CrissJohnsonY yeah, I know... Not too bad, but I should have tried to get this online maybe back on Nov 1, I think.... We'll see!
Baste the turkey with the juices from the bottom of the pan. 325°F in real temperature is 160°c.
Great Video mate
Thanks!!!
