Iris Mercedes that makes Blair a iconic character. Serena gets everything easily, Blair actually works for it. Sure she's manipulative, mean and a bitch but that makes a good character lmao. Serena just took everything away from Blair and overall annoyed me.
But Serena slept with her best friends boyfriend, had an affair with a married man and also sabotaged her own cousin for getting more attention than her . Serena was nasty unlike Blair who just had a bad demenor and she also always forgave people a lot unlike Serena who even refused to talk to vanessa even after she apologised. In conclusion Serena is bad person whereas Blair is just a mean girl .
The part of that scene that I enjoyed the most apart from that line is the look on Georgina's face when Blair comes up behind her and starts talking that "oh shit" look was just perfect.

Caviar tastes like fish shit. You are literally eating unfertilized fish eggs, the facilities where caviar is produced are filthy and confined sturgeons are forced to swim through pools of their own shit on a daily basis, females are cut open while they're still alive so that their eggs can be ripped out from their ovaries. It's pretty gross. Catfish on the other hand is actually delicious, the flavor of farmed catfish is slightly sweet and the meat is similar to tilapia and haddock.
I like how Blair was this anti-hero (heroine?) character. She was scheming and conniving and she stepped on anyone in order to achieve her goals. Yet, you couldn't help rooting for her. Gossip Girl started going downhill after season 2, but Chuck and Blair made the show worth watching.
I’ll also say this about Blair, she is 100% the bitch I’d want in my corner if I ever got in a bad situation. Blair was a loyal ass friend and her conniving, scheming ways were top notch lol.

Everyone's acting, feel, ambiance and styling was just so much better in season 1 and 2 for me. More mean girls type yet very high class. The later years just seemed a bit boring.
I wouldn't go as far as boring, but it kinda jumped the shark and the storylines became less realistic. This tends to happen with TV shows based in high school, but they couldn't stay at Constance/ St. Judes for 6 seasons.
Even the color tones of the series changed after season 2. They got brighter. Blair was like a different person. In later seasons it’s like the stylists forgot how to do her makeup and dresses. Then the chuck’s mom, business drama were very very boring i always skipped them when i rewatch it.
