Thanks so much! Really valuable conversation. I decided 4 months ago to buy KLIP:KWEB 2.5:1 and reinvest all the KLIP dividends into KWEB. Four months later, my ratio is about 2.5:1.4. Let's see how it plays out.
Thanks Adrian for doing a video on KLIP! I still have it in my RRSP portfolio, but of course the main play is QQQY and JEPY now. Nice to get an update on this one. 🙏
how does klip do since its base don chinese companies during times like this when the US market is getting pretty rough with all the geo political issues going on etc
KBUF/KPRO seems like a really easy strategy for people to perform themselves. I suppose I feel like I don't want or need downside protection for my KWEB position, and, with the potential I see, I certainly don't want up side caps. Perhaps if KWEB starts climbing back to its all time highs, I'll run the strategy myself without the extra fees. I will be curious to see what Krane does when KWEB approaches the two upside caps. Who would buy KBUF when KWEB is at $34 (and we are getting close at $28)?
I've been 100% DRIPping for the past 5 months and have gained about 72 additional shares, but my monthly dividend amount hasn't really gone up at all. I know it's only been 5 months, but I was expecting it to creep up slightly.
Quite impressive results for KLIP considering how bad the underlying traded over the past year. I actually bought few thousands shares today to be paired with XCH as I believe China might be due for a bounce.
I'm not a fan of KLIP, YieldMax, Defiance, etc... all of these extremely high Yielding ones are all on paths to reverse splits, maybe not as fast as TSLY... but it will happen. In my opinion buying these is just gambling, and not smart investing.
not really liking this fund . probably no way to make a good return . the loss of capital through price erosion.then when it gets down to 10 buck area they will perform a reverse stock split like other covered calls. so you will lose all over again plus if you collect the cash you get taxed and you may be losing money.
Thanks for always explaining complex topics in simple terms. Great timing as I’ve just been getting antsy about my KLIP.

I have those as well. Good dividends, but QQQY is down $15k since I've had it...about 8 months!
Fascinating outcome idea-love how fund managers are innovating
Very interesting interview. Many thanks

Can you please do a video about IVVW? 🙏
A question on a different note,
Is YTSL in trouble or is this a buy opportunity?
Thanks in advance 😊
you cannot get an answer to this question... only an opinion on Tesla
i dont mind it flat , just worry if it drops along time
Thanks!

I don't have any of these ETFS but this looks like a good time to buy at a discount
Will Purpose offer KWEB yield shares like YTSL?

11% total return
I love KLIP, it's my best performing ultra high yield fund. Liked the video, keep them coming!!
